The employee who served me was rude.I walked in and went straight up to the service desk, and I was not acknowledged in any way or form. The place was empty and silent, and the employee looked up when I walked in. He pretended to be busy, and after 2-3 minutes of waiting there awkwardly on the other side of the service desk, directly in front of him, he looked up and said, Hi." His actions made me feel disrespected and unimportant. To make matters worse
