They don't pay you the referral money. it has been over an year now. They don't respond to mails. All the apartments are full of bed bugs. The worst management ever!!!

No hot water for 5 days.nobody from uper management to be foud.but the rent is over guide line every year.do not EVER move in a building managed by Timbercreek!

I been resident of Timbercreek since 2009, fast forward to today, I have been begging the company for more than half of a year, to do mandatory renos because they simply not working and hazard to our health. for example the carpet is over 15 years old, (it was used carpet before I moved in) its ripped , stringy, produces billion particle of dust all over the place, and the worst part it is extremely bad for my elderly Mother who has asthma, on disability and the family Doctor specifically said to her the carpet is very bad for you, the response I got from the regional Mgr was My son is a doctor

This one star is because they areunprofessional and they do not clean this building there are roaches all around the building and they don't k own how to have a proper conversation with their tenants.

Terrible. Where's the humanity? Winter is coming . No heat yet I am being evicted for non payment of rent? Repair your units And you will be paid. Until then I am withholding rent.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I lived at their London apartment location in a half decent neighbourhood as well. The building after two months of living in it was infested with bed bugs, fleas and cockroaches. They sprayed ONCE and told me there was nothing else they could do I needed to wait. My youngest dog who is almost 150 pounds has now developed a skin condition due to how bad the infestation was he so incredibly sick we were endlessly at the vet. They offered to cover the costs yet never followed up when I offered to send receipts. The only I offer I got was to leave my lease quietly with no offer of giving me my last months rent back for my troubles or the costs of my endless amounts of visits for my dogs. I filed a complaint not once but twice with the better business bureau and they still refused to do anything. Don’t ever waste a single moment in time on this company as the only thing they care about is their money. Their employees won’t even live at their buildings because they are so awful. For the sake of your own sanity and health, look elsewhere cause their buildings are disgusting as are their employees.

Slum lords for older properties. Lack of maintenance and no vermin control. Lived there 2 years before they did their mandatory yearly" fire inspection. They are now trying hide from these reviews by rebranding as Hazelview."

Now known as Hazelview Properties. Lots of room for improvement. Most of their problems are caused by their lack of cleanliness for their properties. Cockroaches, pigeon poop, dog urine, dirty carpets in elevators. Also, the corporate mentality causes great turnover in employees causing unnecessary delays in tenant services and requests.

Nobody have the responsibleity for new enquiry no maintenance even if we given a complaint to repair very rude attitude to the customer i just feeling sorry for me

They just purchased the building I'm living in. So far they've attempted to fix some things, but they've created far more problems and are not being transparent in any of their ongoings. No heat currently, barely any hot water. I've heard they recently lost a huge lawsuit in the city of Ottawa after mistreating tenants in one of their buildings so I don't hold out much hope for them here in Toronto.
