Fissure Extreme & Fondation

We were extremely pleased with the expertise and experience both Sebastien and Yan provided. The entire crew was skilled and hard working. Yan kept us fully informed during the entire project. The finished foundation is well done…….we have total peace of mind. I highly recommend these guys.

They never showed up to the appointment, when I called the day right before to make this appointment the guy wanted to pass at noon and I specifically told him 1pm because he said it was the latest he could do and I had to inform him I would leave work early to make it on time and he never showed his face! When I called an hour later to find out where they were I was told there was no appointment scheduled at my address and said they would pass in the early evening same day and even though I told them it had to be before 4 pm because I had another appointment they still did not show or call. Doesn't matter if you can do good work or not if you don't have good customer service! When I make an appointment I expect you to show up on time or call if you can't.

We hired Fissure Extreme to membrane the 4 walls of our block foundation. They took great care of our property minimizing the impact of such a large scale project on a city lot. Yan was transparent throughout the process and answered any questions we had. If you want a job meticulously done, hire these guys!

Excellent service! They kept us up to date throughout the process. They explained what needed to be fixed by showing us the damage as well as explaining it to us. They also explained the finished product thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company.

This review written July 2022. This company did a complete basement membrane wrap on my foundation in Orleans Ontario. The job was done roughly 9 years ago. I got a 15-year guarantee on the job. Approximately 2 years ago I noticed a rip in the membrane going about 10 ft along the top of the membrane in the front of the house. It's the only place visible that I can see a tear. I called them on my house landline and reached the owner. He said he and his entire crew was down with covid-19 and could not do anything presently. Approximately 6 weeks after that I phoned back on a different phone I got through to them and the owner said a date to come and repair it. They did not show up on that date and would not return any of my calls. I left messages on their answering machine and they would not answer me. I cannot say that the company did a bad job because they did not do that. However the guarantee they gave me was worthless. I called another contractor to come and fix it and he wanted $2,000 so I did not take that. I cannot reach the owner of Fissure Extreme. He simply will not call me back and never answers when I call him on either of the two numbers that I have called him on in the past. I personally would not recommend this company there is no guarantee with the work.I remember when they were doing the job that one of the crew members told me they never had to go back and fix a foundation. I think he should change that to they won't go back and fix a foundation.I wouldn't recommend this company.

I hired Fissure Extreme to repair 2 cracks in my foundation and install a Platon membrane. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Yan made sure to inform me of the progress along the way and was friendly and transparent through the whole process. Highly recommend these guys!
