My go to gym since the 90sDecent selection of equipment, although it they could use more traditional benches and free weight options. Excellent price, but somewhat restrictive hours

Not a bad gym but not the best. Some old equipment but it's free for cambrian students so free gym. That's nice

Staff is helpful and friendly, gym is small but affordable... My biggest issue is currently 7 treadmills/bikes are not working and nothing seems to be getting fixed - This review was 5 years ago, the issues with treadmills is fixed
