Reliable Bus and Limo Services Ltd.
I paid for the service to drop off at residential and hotel in downtown Vancouver, I confirmed in the website the address is within the dropoff zone of Reliable Bus before booking for that service. However, the driver didn't stop there and dropped me off at Burrard Station instead (which he said was the last stop in Vancouver). I told him I paid for the service, and showed him the place I would like to be dropped off. He told me it wasn't downtown Vancouver and the bus was monitored by GPS so he couldn't take me there. I had to go by bus from Burrard Station to my address in the end, which was very inconvenient because I had heavy baggage to carry along and I had been tired after 3-hour flight plus nearly 2 hours traveling from Abbortsford to Vancouver. So I think either the website should be updated to reflect the dropoff zone more correctly, or all drivers should be educated again about the dropoff zone.UPDATE: I have received a reply from Reliable Bus, they acknowledged the issue and offered me an excellent solution. It's just 1 day after I left the above review. This shows how professional and caring they are towards customers. Highly recommend the service to anyone coming to Vancouver!

Convenient service, and very clean bus... The driver Vadim was polite, friendly and genuinely has the passengers best interest in mind.A variety of snacks are available for purchase on-board for a reasonable price, which was appreciated after a long flight.I felt very safe the entire trip, the ride was smooth and professional.I would highly recommend them to anyone considering booking. Everything went as planned with no surprises.Will be back soon! Thanks again

Very Awesome lives up to their name. Even when the flight was late(an Hour!) they knew and waited - who would do this? They will get you to your flight and back. Take this service and tip the driver - well worth the trip.

Reliable Bus and Limo Services Ltd.
The driver is courteous and kind to accommodate for the sake of passenger needs. Our flight was delayed more than six hours today. Even though the driver was busy to make a detour to avoid heavy traffic congestion on highway one due to an accident, thankfully he could let us know there is no place to buy food in Abbotsford airport and made a stop on the ways to Abbotsford airport so we could buy some food. Arrived on time highly recommended

Great service. We were picked up at the train/bus depot in Vancouver right on time heading for Abbotsford Airport. They were covid distancing so no worries. A nice ride with a friendly driver.

My father has been trying to contact reliable bus, by email and phone, for the past two weeks to reschedule our bus time and dates. I have been calling them for the past few days but no-one is answering or returning our calls. I would definitely stay away from this company. Not a good experience.

If you are looking for a cost-effective and professional shuttle from the Abbotsford airport to Vancouver (or from Vancouver) you shouldn't be disappointed with Reliable Bus and Limo. On time, comfortable, and reasonably priced. This is the shuttle we needed to make flying out of YXX more convenient!

Excellent service! Let me change day and time, two separate changes, with no additional cost, helped me find the bus stop location and asked the driver to wait when I was a couple of minutes late. Enjoyed the trips both ways very much. Safe polite intelligent drivers.

We had such a great time with our driver. We also enjoyed the cost savings to get us right to the airport for so much cheaper than Uber or a taxi! Great service. Comfy ride. Clean bus! Would recommend

Reliable Bus and Limo Services Ltd.
During a 30 hour travel nightmare with numerous flight delays and cancellations, the customer service at Reliable Bus was absolutely incredible. I had to make multiple changes to my bus ticket as my landing times kept changing and they were always understanding and accommodating. I arrived right when the bus was going to head back to the city so the office informed the driver I was running late and he kindly waited for me so I wouldn’t have to take a later bus. This company is doing a great job!
