I was running late for my appointment and Neil still accommodated me and was so charismatic and kind. I also needed my crim record check sent somewhere other than to myself, and he had the paperwork ready for that as well. It was an extremely smooth and painless experience, I was in and out in about ten minutes! Neil also emailed over the paperwork promptly, I was so impressed with the service.
