I was looking for a dentist in Napanee. I read the reviews for Dr. Ramy. I needed to have a tooth extracted, and not fond of dentist.I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Ramy and I was not disappointed. The staff is excellent, and very friendly. Cathy is outstanding and very accommodating. Debbie who assisted Dr. Ramy was also very good, and made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure.Dr. Ramy is amazing. He made sure I was totally froze before he started the removal of my tooth. When finished he was good to explain what to expect, and what to do to minimize my discomfort. Following the afternoon appointment I went home to rest. At about 7 pm I received a phone call from Dr. Ramy to check on me, and make sure things were going well. I was amazed that he would take the time to call.Dr. Ramy and staff I want to say Thank You"."

Remy and his office had been recomended to me at the time of experiencing a root canal complicationsby. I was impressed with understanding of my grave circumstences and fast acting getting the appointment the next day. After meeting Remy, I knew why all the staff seemed so happy and relaxed. Remy is a true processional who loved his calling and approached every situation with utmost care and detail. He defines the problem, explains it, offers all possible solutions and does what you decide. He talks to you while he works and tells you what he is doing next while being extra gentle and carefull that you don't experience any pain. I could not imagine a more soothing dentist or a medical person that would be better suited for children. Honest, professional, knowledgable, welcoming and genuine person, Remy and his staff have definitely won me for life.

I brought my 16 month old son in with a broken tooth. We didnt have an appointment and had never been to this dentist before. They brought us in immediently, had a look and called a pediatric dentist for us to see my son that day. They were amazing, kind and helpful.

This doctor has the best practice around! The staff is super friendly and the doctor has the most considerate handling and manner I have ever seen while possessing terrific skills at the same. He offers careful counselling for making decisions. I feel safe here. I have never felt safe in a dentist's office before. And I've certainly never felt like I was a welcome friend! It's not super huge with dozens on staff that treat you like a number, it's small and personable, almost never waiting for your appointments, there just cannot be enough good said for this team. They take a serious interest in you and your care. Excellent service from all!

Dr. Elsayegh is very gentle and considerate. I have multiple autoimmune diseases including Sjogren's which, among other things, makes my mouth very dry. This means I get a LOT of cavities and chipped teeth.Dr. Elsayegh is familiar with Sjogren's and is the first dentist I've seen that doesn't blame me and poor hygiene for my dental issues. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months and the hygenist is also considerate of my medical issues.I highly recommend this dental office.

Ramy is an amazing, gentle, very caring dentist that any one could ask for. Every visit is better than the last. He provides suggestions on what he hopes to do next and lets the patient decide, which is great. The staff is very great.

Dr Ramy is amazing he fixed the pressure on my tooth from grinding and instantly it felt better. Thank you so much for being so patient and honest. The staff are very kind and I enjoyed my experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Eslayegh! I've been his patient for many years now and he is a wonderful dentist. Everyone in his office is friendly, kind and very professional.
