Travelling through the area and one of the bikes in our group had gotten a hole in the crankcase from the kickstand, the mechanics pulled the kickstand off so we could patch the hole and carry on our trip.They helped us immediately and no charge, very good place to stop if you are in a bind.Thanks Rocky Mountain mechanical!!!

I ordered a carb kit on a Saturday. They told me it would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and they said it hadn't arrived yet. I got a call Thursday saying that when they went to put in the order (presumably because they realized they hadn't actually ordered it), i was informed it was on back order to the end of the month. When I questioned whether the order had been placed when I called on Saturday, I was given attitude rather than an explanation or an apology. Now I have wasted 4 business days and will order it through someone else. Very disappointing.

Myles was a huge help! We ran into some engines issues. He fix it and took the time to explain it. Highly recommend!

Myles is unreal. When I bought my generator he took the time to run me through not only how he assembled the unit but how to do all the maintenance but that's only the tip of the iceberg.The generator had a manufacturer defect which we didn't find out until obviously after I got it home. I don't live in the area but still I called him to see what he thought. Over the phone he pretty much diagnosed the problem but unfortunately there was nothing I could do. I took it to a yamaha dealer in my area when I got home and got little to no help with trying to get the generator operational before a trip I leave on in less than 2 weeks.Myles then reaches out to me a couple weeks after just to check in" in which I gave him the low down on what had happened since our last conversation. This dude offers to lend me one of his generators so that I wouldn't have to go on my next trip without one. He literally told me "I take care of guys that take care of me" and if this isn't how I want every business transaction to happen I don't know what is.Class Act

These fellas have a good selection of Yamaha side by side and bikes. No pressure sales staff and parts dept. Thanks!

Do not waste your time or money bringing your vehicle to this company. Their strong suit maybe working with ATV and off road units, but certainly not on everyday vehicles.

They were absolutely fantastic, they fitted us in last minute when we had some issues on a road trip. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and fixed our vehicle with no issue and a very reasonable price. They even gave our kids ice cream whilst we waited. Highly recommended!
