Still waiting for a resolution against Enbridge gas utility... after 9 months. Complete failure. One manager goes on leave in December and all chaos breaks loose. Apathetic at best. Fo they even have an oversight agency responsible for efficiency and competency?

Consultation with Measurenent Canada on how bi-directional meters work would benefit the OEB with Net-Metering regulations and applications.

Unfortunately, this board doesn't really focus on consumer but the revenues. The tiered rate (Tier 1) from winter to summer dropping from 1000 kwh to 600 kwh is a clear indication of exploiting the needs for HVAC cooling in summer months. On the other hand, the provincial sunshine list is a good sign of how the collected fees are invested in the board rather than the consumer.

People of Ontario don't seem to realize that the OEB is just as guilty of making life here financially difficult, as Wynne and her party. The OEB is supposed to work for the people of Ontario but instead, panders to big corporations looking to increase profits. It's time Ontarians demand that the OEB stand up for the people.

OEB is a total joke. They cannot and will not do anything to protect consumers against the energy monopolies that exist in this province. I registered a complaint against Enbridge with OEB as Enbridge was essentially holding me at ransom to install a gas line (we have a gas line literally 60 feet from our home and Enbridge charged us $11,000 to install the line and meter to our house). We registered a complaint and all the OEB did was kindly ask Enbridge if their quote was accurate. Obviously Enbridge told them it was, and that was it. They did not look into the matter in terms of coming out to my property to actually assess the situation. They simply took Enbridge's word and let them get away with it.

When people are struggling with high inflation and the rising cost of living why would you approve a hike in natural gas prices? People can't keep up with their bills. I guess 17 million a year enbridge CEO pay is not good enough for him.

Ontario Electricity Support wasted 4 months of credit with their errors on my application. Extremely disappointed while I am on a limited income. Not very helpful, when they can't really able to fix anything on their end when they have all the information. They cannot fix tiny error on their end, maybe their reason to save their money for themselves. Thief!!!!!!!! What is our government's support when we need the most? I felt my face slapped a few times.

I thank Liam, Advisor, Public Information Centre, Operations Decisions Support Division.I had an issue with my power bill from Enbridge, they charged me way above my usage, when I spoke to Enbridge customer service people, they are kind of in denial of correcting it, so I reached out to OEB and he was able to understand my issue and helped me to get the fair bill. I couldn’t thank enough Liam.

The OEB does NOT have the best interest of the people. There is nothing FAIR about this company or the rates we pay. Please explain to me how it's okay for the utility companies to charge customers more in fees than actual USAGE ? I wish i could rate you a -100000000000000000

Show some compassion during this epidemic and lower rates for all businesses & homeowners. People are on home arrest, kids are home, some have reduced work hours or no work. They wont be able to make mortgage/rent payments so do your part
