Easy for passing through with new / no fees for NS residents. Non NS residents pay a small toll. They now accept debit / credit which makes it more convenient.

Most of the time the tolls work properly. There is a fair amount of parking space going East or West.

Need a bathroom? I really did so I used the 'extras' in a trailer beside the building. They were clean, well stocked and bright. They even had music in them! I was expecting something akin to a port-a-potty but was pleasantly surprised. That was all I stopped for, so I don't know if there was anything else at the site, but the bathroom was definitely one of the better ones I've been in during my travels

Of all the toll plaza’s of driven though, this one is the plaziest. When you’re tired from a road trip and full up with the attitude of “Upper Canadians” they’re often the first Nova Scotian you come across after allYour time away. It’s rather pleasant. Oh, and the toll is free now if you have a Nova Scotia inspection sticker *profit*

It's a toll booth, it has bathrooms. Not much else to say. It's usually much cooler here than on either side if the mountain so if you get out may need to bundle up.

A few parking spaces for trucks could use a few more I think. No sure why but seems most of the time the E-pass lane is closed which means I have to wait in line for all other people to pay their toll. Restrooms available and were clean
