Dalia is an expert hairstylist. I value and trust her expertise in both cutting and colouring and I'm always pleased with the results. I have been going to her for several years now, and I highly recommend her as a stylist, very good value for money.

Looking around for a new place to get my hair done wasn’t an easy task. After a long search I found the Vilnes Salon. It’s conveniently located in the heart of the Danforth a couple of blocks away from Greenwood station.My initial consultation with Dalia was wonderful. She is not only highly experienced but considerate during the whole process.We had a great conversation about babylights and a haircut.It’s very important to clarify exactly what you want to make sure you and your stylist are on the same page.Although it seems that I get my hair coloured, actually I don’t. Instead I get blonde babylights done. I chose babylights because they are very delicate and thin highlights that nicely blend with my (natural) greys and natural hair.Dalia did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She is truly skilled when it comes to dealing with fine hair like mine. She cut and styled it to perfection!Dalia’s creativity, skill and vision helped me achieved a stellar result. I found my hairstylist! I have curly and have been to many different salons on the search (for what is truthfully 10+ years) for a hair stylist who listens to how much I want cut and can use their judgement based on the colour or style I am looking for. After finding Vilija at Vilnes Salon, I never want to go elsewhere. I wanted only a bit cut and some highlights that I would not have to continually touch up. She did exactly what I wanted!! She also added her professional judgement and creativity and I am so pleased everytime I go there. Even months after, I know it seems unlikely, but I still like it months later. She made it so that as it grew out, it was still a nice look and the roots were subtle. You won't be disappointed!

Will definitely come back here! I visited Vilnes salon for the first time last month and had a great experience. Love that this salon uses Aveda products as it more gentle on the hair. This is a one woman shop for the most part so book in advance as she is busy. I really appreciated her kind demeanour, she was friendly and most importantly she knows her stuff. I got roots done on my wash, highlight touch up, cut and hair blow out with curls! I got lots of compliments! I recommend Vilnes salon to anyone.

I am so thrilled with Dalia and her salon Vilnes. It is the absolute best haircut I have had in many years. She is so warm, very skilled and gives fantastic and attentive service all around. I have recommended her to several friends and the first one to go was also super happy. My hair was in bad shape after falling out due to illness and then growing back in very weirdly. She knew exactly how to cut my hair at the first visit. I have had so many compliments! Dalia is truly a master stylist and her I will be going to her salon exclusively from now on.
