Sepp's Skis and Snowboards

I have been shopping at Sepps for over 25 years. Mike and his team offer excellent, knowledgable service--far better than you'll get at the big box stores. And the prices are fair.

This is a serious store! All of the equipment is top of the line. All the staff are very knowledgeable about all things ski and snowboard. They are friendly and approachable with excellent attitudes. I highly recommend this store.

Had my skis sharpened and tuned up. They gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take and did an excellent job for a very good price. Do yourself a favour and support a solid local business.

I visited Sepp's here in Kingston to get new boots, skis and bindings for a big ski trip out West. I was looking to upgrade to some better gear. Mike did not disappoint with his expert boot fitting service and gear recommendation, not to mention fair pricing. The other staff were just as helpful and friendly, making you feel happy to support a great downtown business. No wonder they have been in business for 50 years!! :)

I have purchased a number of items from Sepps over the years and every time I go in I’m more impressed. From clothing to skis and wakeboards they have knowledgeable friendly staff and great product quality and selection. The pricing is competitive and like today you can find some great discounts on products. If you are looking for quality service and product don’t bother going anywhere else.

Time is not a factor here. Ensuring customers get the right product is clearly the priority. I have lots of stores closer to home where I could purchase ski equipment but I won't. Sepp's staff listen, understand and provide superior service.

Super friendly staff, and they were able to help me out with a binding screw/nut that I lost on the hill and couldn't find anywhere!

Great store. Mike is a wizard with boot fitting and very knowledgeable. Prices are on par with other ski stores.

On multiple occasions have tried to purchase stuff in this store and it's been like pulling teeth to get any help. My wife and I wanted to buy a brand 2 new sets of skis, poles, helmets, googles and Boots couldn't even get in to do it. Tried to call multiple times just to see if they had grips for ski poles nobody answers the phone I drive all the way down to see if they have grips in stock and get told that you're supposed to have your poles there and you can't see different grips because they're downstairs. Worst part about this is there's literally somebody sitting by the door and by a phone because they have the door locked to help slow the flow of people in the store and they still didn't answer the phone. This business is backwards I understand you're supposed to want to buy local but running your business like this forces people to go to big box stores. I'll never buy from this store ever.
