Worst experience! Was told I could put in soil and concrete pavers as clean fill into a 4-yard bin for $250 FLAT fee, but they charged me $120 extra for tonnage, which I have never agreed to. Salesperson tries to get business in whatever they can and they can't keep their promises. Promise one way and charge customers another way. I would give them 0 star if there was a 0 star option.

My husband and I are very impressed with the service of National Rent-all. The bin arrived as scheduled and they even allowed some extra time for us when we were running behind at no charge.After the bin was taken to land-fill we received our invoice and credit promptly. We will be using this service again before we move!We are also renting inside storage units from National on Webster St and their customer service is excellent too!!

I rented a bin from this company for a week, but they didn't remove the bin after and when I called the company after 5 days, the guy who picked up the phone was laughing either at me or maybe at themselves for providing a bad customer service. I said to him that I requested the bin for a week but he said it doesn't matter unless you call and ask for bin removal, we will be charging you for 2 weeks!! I told him that wasn't the agreement but he ignored what I said. I would give this company a negative 5. NEVER RENT WITH SCAMMERS LIKE THIS COMPANY. There are great competitors that people like to talk and do business with but National Rant-All Inc is not one of them.

Excellent customer Service. Flawless execution! Fair price. From first contact to the emailed receipt. I haven't had a better experience I can remember.The driver dropped the clean, empty bin exactly where I needed. When I called to have it picked up, they came when they said they would. The bill was emailed promptly, with a refund on my CC.Thanks National. Will go nowhere else for future renovations.

We gave clear directions of where to place the bin we rented, and instead of properly placing it in the back of our driveway they put it right in the middle, making it so we couldn’t even park our two vehicles in our 7 car driveway over the long weekend. They did not respond to any of my phone calls and didn’t say anything when they picked it up. Extremely unprofessional, will not use again.

I rented a bin for 1 week. I called and asked how much to get the bin dumped and returned and was told it’s $115 per tonne so it would be another tonne. I agreed and they took it and returned it. It turned out returning it to me was actually another week of rental though it was only day 2. It ended up costing $750 for 1 week. I would never have agreed to another week rental had I been told the truth. BEWARE, one they have your credit card info they can do what they want and tell you anything. I will never use them again.

I rented National to rent 3 bins in April. Charged payment fast by credit card. I Got one receipt. Missed the other two receipts. I called N times to asked for the receipts. The receptionist guy always said there was problem of the computer system. He would email or mail receipts to me. Unfortunately,Over one and a half months passed, I haven't received any email or mail receipts. This is business. I am tired ......

I contacted National Rent Alll originally requested a 15 yard Bin. Leigh-Ann said she only had a 25 yard bin. So she let me rent the 25 yard bin for the price of the 15 yard bin. Both Leigh-Ann and Mo were very respectful and professional over the phone and answered all my questions and concerns with ease and the price of the bin service and the final invoice was 100% accurate.As for the the delivery service it was excellent the lady driver delivered and picked up the bin right on time. She was respectful and cleaned up after she removed the bin with no damages or any problems. I was 100% satisfied with the overall service I would highly recommend National Rent All over Hersey Bins or Rent A Bin anyday. Job well done !!

Bin was delivered and picked up without any issues. The price was what I expected and the invoices clearly documented the costs and included a copy of the weigh scale receipt.I will definitely use them in the future

Came exactly when they said they would.Protected the driveway with wood.Picked up within 2 hours of the phone call.Thought of using a trailer and going to the dump myself but for the cost this saved me time and money.
