I have to say dealing with Michael was a highlight of my day. He repaired, yes, repaired my family heirloom grandfather clock that is over 150 years old. I can't remember the last time this clock ran, and he lovingly repaired it and genuinely showed his love to tinker and fix clocks. This is such a lost art, but Michael clearly still has it. His enthusiasm for well built products shows, and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.Oh, he also fixed my vacuum as well at an earlier date and did a great job on that as well.

Ripped me off. Bought a vaccuum hose and they charged me double the price other stores sell it for. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else or order online.

Brought in a heater and the owner could find nothing wrong. He could have made ip a story and charged me but this guy is honest!
