I purchased my very first car back in September and the process was so incredibly easy and stress free thanks to Justin and Julie. They were so kind and patient with me as it was all very new to me. They went above and beyond and always are so welcoming every time I’m at the dealership. The customer service was so great that even my dad ended up switching to the Mazda family! We are from Germany and visited our son in Cornwall. A few hours before our flight home from Montreal the keyless go system of our rental-Mazda had a malfunction and we were not able to start the engine. We decided to call the local Mazda dealer. Rick - I hope I remember the name correctly - was so nice. He was very patient with me to explain several possible solutions but nothing worked out. He recommended to call road service and rental company. So we did - but meanwhile he came to our place...and: after several checks and attempts to start the car it started. Thank you so much!! Without your help we would have missed our flight home!

The true test of customer service is when something goes wrong. I was not a happy Mazda customer due to dealings at another dealership. When I spoke with Julie from Cornwall Mazda she was very quick to fix the situation as it should have been done in the first place. Julie created a committed customer. I then spoke with Rick in service who was great to deal with as well. I will be back for service and for my next car purchase.

Purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from Julie, she was extremely professional from the very beginning. Without a doubt she's created a lifetime customer. Service was also exceptional, I had a lot of questions, even stupid ones, and they had no issues answering every one of them. I knocked off a single star because their sales team didn't meet the high standard of customer service the Finance Manager and Service Department had set, thankfully I had very little dealings with them.

I bought a Mazda cx5. Very nice car and service was good as well. But one thing made me feel bad when a staff member asked where I came from because I have a very strong accent. I think it was uncalled for.

We had a great experience at Mazda with the help of Justin and Julie who were awesome at answering all of our questions. We felt no pressure when purchasing our CX5 as the staff were genuine. We are very happy overall with the service and the buying process was easy and smooth.
