Nice people nice campersWell since I have purchased camper from these people I can say will not again the problem is high pressure sales and poor after purchase service on warranty issues we have a seasonal camp site in fort Qu’Appelle and quit a few problems when first time setup so I don’t believe they tested anything before we picked up camper at dealer so they wanted up to dismantle camp site and take it 200 km for repair then they said could get on site service for couple hundred so I purchased that know almost 10 days later not one call to say when our even if there coming to repair camper

Staff is efficient and friendly, made buying a travel trailer an easy process. Would buy from them again. Note: I was bribed to make that review for some free junk with my trailer. I bought a warranty with a trailer, and they refused to even look at it or book it in for anytime in the foreseeable future. They didn't even attempt to take my details and book it in at a later date. Their attitude is too bad, we can't do anything about it. So my advice would be to take your business elsewhere.

We came down to MJ to pick up our dogs after a vacation and decided randomly to pop in and see what they had for trailers..(I had been looking before our trip and was sure I had already made up my mind) but I'm curious...so we came in on a lovely snowy day and met Glen Haug. I gave Glen my list of demands" and he was able to take us out and show us what turned out to be the camper of our dreams it had everything we wanted and came in only a couple hundred lbs heavier than the trailer I thought I wanted but gave us some much needed privacy with our own bedroom for a change...this is my 4th camper and 3rd dealership I have dealt with and I must say that although we had to wait a few months to get the camper of our dreams in our hands (we had some specific customizations and what not to be done) We went in today and as per usual there were a few manufacturering flaws but thats seems to be the norm with every camper I've ever seen. They dealt with every issue I had immediately and reassured me that they would get any other concerns dealt with once I had my list going... I was super impressed and even though it was tough waiting we realized we bought at peak times

One star is being overly generous. I purchased a brand new 25 foot camper from them and that was the last thing I was happy with.My unit did not have any kind of delivery inspection, there is damaged to the exterior as well as the interior was a disaster. There has been a complete lack of responsibility or recognition on behalf of anyone in Moose Jaw.And something nobody told me; because I bought it in December and stored it at the dealership, I never checked for any warranty issues, my 3 months of warranty is long past.Do not purchased so much as TP from this place.June 28th. Update: After posting the original post with the salesmans name in it, I was contacted by him requesting his name be removed. No apology for the problems I'm having, and the lack of customer service from the service department. All he did was tell me about how hard he tried to help me out and how he was trying.So I removed his name. I still have not heard from anyone from management.
