Therapeutic Pilates
After just one session at Therapeutic Pilates, I felt a difference in my ease of movement. Katie has given me tools for better posture, balance and flexibility. During our sessions, she watches me so carefully and is able to pinpoint exactly what I need to work on. I cannot overstate how much I have benefited from working with Katie. I have been doing Pilates here for over 2 years now. As an RMT I know the benefits of functional movement and have reaped the benefits. It has helped me to continue my massage career and helped me keep up with other activities and sports. I highly recommend this place for everyone, including my clients.

This place is great! Very clean and welcoming to new-comers and the guidance is nonjudgmental and very informative. Extra points for the tarot cards in the bathroom, super unique and engaging! Definitely try it out if you’re in the area, you’ll probably be hooked.
