Nice store, but sadly didn't really have what I was looking for, photos are outdated and I was mildly disappointed. Nice store though.

Just tried to return an unused bucket because the adjuster was broken, the manager wouldn’t believe me and made me use the warranty on it. Buddy also took a big whiff of the helmet like a weirdo!! I usually love the gear I get from this place but this experience was absolutely dust so 1 star.

Me and my buddy came to buy a stick and struggled to find any left handed in the proper size, it seemed like there was no staff and when we finally found a stick we of course wanted to use it to make sure it was okay. We walked up to the front to an employee with a man bun, who when asked if we can use the shooting gallery was very rude and gave awful customer service. Did not seem like he wanted to help or be in the building, we tested one stick and decided just to be done as to not “inconvenience” the man who is giving abysmal customer service. We did nothing but just wanted to get a stick, what we got was a rude employee who didn’t seem to enjoy customers or his job. Solid.

We usually come for skate sharpening. It take two to four hours to pick up. It seems like the whole city comes here too. We prefer the small community centers.

ordered a right handed stick sept 27 and received the left handed stick that was on sale. Now a month later after 3 calls and 3 emails they tell me product is out of stock and don't even offer one of similar make or value for a replacement just a refund poor customer satisfaction and very poor service

The gentleman at the skate sharpening counter wouldn't acknowledge us standing there even though he kept looking at us, right in front of him. When I called out to him he was rather rude and told us that all the staff were on the floor already helping people and that we'd have to wait. We saw nobody which is why we asked. While waiting we saw exactly one employee helping someone. The store was dead. We left and won't return.

Interesting layout. Weird ramp with turn stile you have to enter through. Wheelchairs and strollers probably have to enter by the cashiers. Prices were reasonable. Got the items we came for but not in the color we wanted.

Disorganiized and need to work on communication. Website said to go to customer service to pick up I get told to go to cashier and wait for manager. Waiting for five mins till manager who was doing stock and unaware of the situation finally told me could of done it there Least the manager knows what they are doing The rest seem nice but communication would help

This place posts deals stating take 15% off goalie equipment excluding previously lowered items. Except during checkout the clueless “manager” Taylor states their display signs in the store are incorrect. Pulls out a flyer stating it’s only when you buy 3 items. Their in store advertisement says nothing of the kind.Ended up purchasing the $750 in equipment anyway as I was done arguing about their blatant false advertising in front of a line of 7 customers waiting.As a repeat customer that has spent thousands in the store over the last few years. This brainless manager and store won’t get another penny from me and will be taking this further for the embarrassment having to argue about their own add.See ya around Taylor
