Their employees need to be re-evaluated since they are ruining the reputation of the store.I phoned once they hung up, second time a lady answered without telling me her name and spoke I posed my question she hung up. I phoned after and nobody answered.This took place on Friday 23 around 9.30-10.00 amIf you’re gonna hire employees they are there to work not to mess around

I'm giving 2 stars just because the store service i get was good. Otherwise, the delivery service i get was pathetic. I ordered 5 big garbage bins to be delivered at my work. They said they mine delivery was 5th in their list and supposed to be delivered after 11 . But the driver called me at 9, which they are reaching in 15 minutes and without even listening to me he cut the call. The street was closed due to construction, i told the driver to enter the back alley and deliver it to the back door, and he refused to listen to me. So i have to rush from my home and take 5 bins from the end of the street to my work alone.

Love this reno depot.Very convenient for downtown jobs. Easy access and usually well stocked.They got McDonald's and A&W next to it for a quick lunch of coffee

Nice store. Clean and organized. Staff I dealt with where great. I'm visiting family and from Ontario. I've been in this store a number of times. Always been a good experience.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Laura? In the garden center at this location and she was the most competent and friendly employee I have ever encountered. Even though I came in late at 20h30, she showed a willingness to help, demonstrated examples of seed and fertilizer, explained options and prices clearly, and was very knowledgeable and confident. Her personal and friendly approach made the experience a pleasure. I would recommend her for a career path in management or operations as she is a real leader.

NDG Reno is not on the same computer system with the other Reno Dépôts and that too bad. They do not have online invoices from purchases made from other Reno Dépôts. That makes no sense.Parking is good, but no EV charging.

Really grateful for the assistance of Jocelyne in the paint section! She is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested the best colour and made our experience enjoyable at the same time. Her choice adorns the plywood walls of our former tent-trailer-turned-ice-fishing-cabin.
