Great experience at this location! I needed a wiper blade in an emergency while travelling around, a gentle and helpful lady promptly assisted not only to look for the part but to switch back the passenger wiper that I have placed on the driver's side to keep on going on my trip. It was a freezing rain/sleuth trip and the wiper blades were highly needed. Reasonable price, they didn't take any advantage of the situation, no oversell or overprice attempts (common on general garages). Honest, correct and cordial service! Hats off to the lady and Prosper's garage! A true gem and reference in the auto-service business!

Went to Prospers to have them look at a problem a previous garage screwed up. The issue was fixed at a very reasonable price. They treated me with exceptional courtesy. On our camping weekend and found a nail in our tire. Luckly we came across Prosper's garage outside of Grans Bend. We had such a positive experience. Everyone was friendly. Service was quick and got us back on our way.

We were in Grand Bend for a vacation and had a major coolant leak due to a water pump failure. Tow truck driver recommended Prosper's so we had it towed there. Mark and crew got us fixed up in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

We had been camping in Grand Bend when some family members come out to see us, My Aunts car started having trouble and not running right.My husband pulled the car into their parking lot not knowing we would need their service. The car would not start up again. The service team come out to see what our problem was. Diagnosed with a shot alternator and they were already booked solid for the day. We didn't know what to do but the owner made some calls and juggled appointments and was able to fix the car with in a few hours.Now that is service up and beyond, they made our day and had done the car in the fastest time they could with out having to wait another day and our Aunt and Uncle were very happy with the friendliness, quality of service and they went up and above to get us on our way .I would recommend this Auto service garage any timethank you again Prosper Familythe Buckley family

We recently moved to Grand Bend abs needed to get our 2 vehicles safetied so we could get them registered. We found out that Prospers Auto was in Grand Bend and went to see the owner Mark. He & his staff were very courtious & very professional. They accommodated us for the safety & maintenance things we wanted to get done. Very reasonable prices and they explained everything very clearly to us that they did. We will be using Prospers Auto for good now that we live in Grand Bend. I will recommend them to anyone.
