They just came to tow my car to a nearby garage through CAA. The driver was incredibly kind and very quick. It was a seamless experience, which I’m so grateful for.

This is a top notch garage. The owners are good people and go beyond the call of duty. Another local garage and Ford could not figure out what was wrong with my vehicle therefore replacing this and that $$$ which wasn’t the issue. They left me off and on without my suv for five months. Yet this garage figured out the issue in twenty minutes flat. Ashley even contacted me a few months after repair to see how it was going. Can’t find a more honest and caring garage than this one. Very grateful.

Responsed to my CAA call. Flatbeded my van from the 416 to Kingston. I was happy that the driver allowed me to take my dog in the tow truck, otherwise she would have been anxious in the van as it was towed. Great tow and recovery service!

This review is based on an experience I had a a few months ago. Just taking the time now to enter it in here with details. Paid over $600 to get a car safied they were selling on consignment". They said they needed to service the brakes and change a lighbuld for license plate. The brakes were not serviced. Only some of the caliper pins where even cleaned and lubed. There was so much rust on everything I am surprised the brakes worked at all. Went I called to pay they said they decided to change the oil which I had not authorized. Oil was changed but not the filter. Ask me how I know? I had to do all the work again myself. To say I was disappointed in an understatement. I bought this car as a present for my daughter and working brakes are not really an option. The best part is all new pads and rotars cost less than $350 including taxes. Charging this kind of money to basically do half an oil change and change a lightbulb is robbery. I would definitely never buy a used car from them or let them touch another car."

Great mechanics, great employees always willing to help out. We have 3 cars that all needed work and they've been great! Lots of communication. Finally found a great mechanic after years of searching.

Have been bringing our cars here for the last year or so and couldn't be happier. They look to find cost effective solutions that work for the vehicle and the owner. They seem to always be able to fit the repair into your schedule and in a pinch for some quick advice, they will have a quick look right away too (thanks for clearing that ABS code so we could confidently take the car on vacation the next day). Local, friendly, honest and fair...that's what I look for and I found hit here!
