Very Good doctor but the wait is a bit long

Deserves ZERO STARS. Front desk is incompetent. Condescending. Rude. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Complete nightmare. Be prepared to show up for your appointment without having them booked you then at the year follow up booking get treated like you’re annoying for asking a question. Then make sure you’re ready to do their job for them. On top of doing unnecessary scratch testing only to be told it’s not trusted and you are now going for bloodwork that you have to pay for. When asking the desk why they didn’t mentioned it it’s because they aren’t the blood lab. How would they know? Not like it’s your job or anything… asked to skip the painful scratch test this time ( that isn’t trusted anyway) go straight to bloodwork ( I will pay for) this person became irate and acted like I asked her to solve world hunger. Couldn’t even understand the request. HORRIBLE!!!!!!Just called back to get her name and nobody would provide it. I’m guessing it’s not the first time that front staff have covered for each other. Alanna told me the doctor can figure out her name when I ask him because “she’s not throwing anyone under the bus”
