The Victoria Apartments

We just moved in to The Victoria a few days ago and the experience so far has been great and very welcoming. The Building Manager, Arina, is very kind, organized and helpful to us to ensure we settled in nicely in our new apartment. You can instantly feel her genuine approach and warm welcome the moment you meet her. Overall, we are very happy at The Victoria and it's largely thanks to the support we received from Arina.

This is a move-in review. Jina Chai is the most helpful manager compared with others, who greatly helped me to settle into the new home.I will complete this in advance sometime later.Updated today.After Oct. 5th unpleasant experience and communication with the building management team, generally, I am satisfied with this apartment and I think this apartment is a decent building. So we will see how things go.March 24, another unpleasant experience similar with the former one. But except for these, they are good. Hope they can improve it moving forward.May 5:Kris as the new property manager is very helpful and responsive, helping me a lot to transfer to the new platform.

We are so happy to have found this place! We moved in last week with our pets and have had such a great experience so far. Arina, the building manager, has been so kind and helpful with our transition. There is also a lovely sense of community that makes it a very warm and inviting environment to live in.

I lived in The Victoria Apartments for 12 months and really enjoyed my time there. The complex is in a quite, family neighborhood with local amenities but very accessible on public transport. There is a bus stop right outside the door and only a 7/8 min walk to Nanaimo & Commercial-Broadway Skytrain stations. I'd also like to give a special mention to the Senior Property Manager Kris Loncar who really couldn't have done enough for us throughout our tenancy. Kris's personal approach was much appreciated and he always went out of his way to help us.

I lived there for one year. I am impressed and grateful for the level of service and care that this building offers. The building manager, Arina, in particular, is an absolute gem.Arina's humanity and good listening skills are truly remarkable. She always takes the time to listen to the needs and concerns of tenants and responds promptly with solutions. Her kind and empathetic approach makes us feel heard and valued as tenants.What sets her apart is her ability to always think about the tenants' situation. She is constantly looking for ways to improve the living experience for us, whether it's by addressing maintenance requests quickly or going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety.Overall, my experience living in this building was fantastic. Trout Lake is 3 min walking, pet friendly and has new installations. I am grateful for having her as my building manager and would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to call home.

We just moved in last weekend, and we couldn’t be grateful enough of how great the transition was. The building manager, Arina, has been so welcoming, kind, and helpful from the get go. She was so easy to reach and to talk to. She’s a great resource for any inquiries we had. The building itself is in really beautiful shape, our unit is clean and functional. I love how secure everything is. And the views from our unit are just amazing. The location is accessible to a lot of things you need. Looking forward to a lovely stay here at The Victoria.

I moved into the Victoria last week and so far it's been fantastic. Arina, the building manager, was welcoming, communicative, and very accessible throughout the whole process. The building is the perfect place for pets too. Happy to be here!

Moving for me was very nerve racking and Arina made it so much easier!Despite reading very few reviews with low rates, The building is always running smoothly.They help in whatever way they can, and are always so welcoming. The Victoria Apartments is also in such an amazingly spotless condition. Clean and neat!Wonderful location, You have sky train on one side great help for the commute, and Commercial Drive with many restaurants and coffee houses on the other side for resting and satisfying appetite. I love being in this building and calling it home and am so grateful to have ARINA as the building manager.I Wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

The Victoria apartments have been our home for well over a year now. The location is central, accessible, and residential. The management team has been our best yet, staying on top of updates and directly communicating with us regarding any issues and concerns. We needed maintenance in our suite recently and they promptly sent someone over to resolve the issue right away. Cheyanne and Arina have been great to work with, special mention to them for their hard work.

We moved in when the building was first completed. There has been a lot of turn over with building managers. Since changing management companies things have got a lot better. With communication and general support and building up keep being completed. With Arina and her assistant taken over from the old management company. Things have been a lot smoother and open communication has been really nice. The building has a great gym and community garden plots. It’s great to live in in a building that is pet friendly. We have enjoyed getting to know the residents and all the dogs.
