Service area is not organized. Info from intake does not get to service area. ALL service consultants are not as knowledgeable as they should be for Jeep vehicles. Did not complete everything I asked to have done and what was done was not to my satisfaction. Will not use again. Gave benefit of the doubt and tried twice. No more of my time and money.Not looking for a manufactured gesture follow up on here as one was not provided earlier when warranted.

I was going another Jeep Dealer but was not satisfied. I thought I'd try Finch.. It was a good decision, the Finch Team were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They took time with me, told me what they were doing and how.... At the end of the serving I was very please they worked 1 hour and 30 minutes on the Jeep and charged me 1 hour... My previous dealer would work for 30 minutes and charge me 1 hour .. I recommend Finch Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep.. They are my new go to Dealer .. Nice Job Finch!
