We come here almost once a week for pork souvlaki & wraps, and also order for catering. Awesome price for good quality, salad dressing is superb & overall delicious and healthy meal, even for those health-conscious! Shout out to Zia for great service!

Good chicken souvlaki. The chicken was tender and not dry. Pleasant eating area. There are daily specials. The Sunday special was the chicken souvlaki which totalled $12 after tax. Note: There is a 50c charge for using credit or debit cards.

*Edit*The hair I just found in the sauce is the hair on the camels back for me... Regretting my lunch for sure now :(A very disappointing chicken Shwarma experience... There's no way this chicken was roasted. It seems boiled and seasoned at best. This is the kind of chicken I would expect for a taco or quesadilla. Lol I legit found a chicken BONE in the shawarma. Maybe I'll leave it to the middle easterns from now on. A sad attempt in my opinion, lacking in flavour and texture. I'll finish it because I don't believe in wasting food, but I won't be trying that again or recommending it. Service wasn't bad, restaurant was clean. Also the combo meal doesn't come with a drink surprisingly. 2 stars for me Greek Stop.

We noticed this place for a long time, decided to buy take out tonight due to a storm and it was in the same plaza as McDonald's which the kids wanted.There was 1 table tonight due to the storm. I was greeted fairly quickly, and being undecided the server helped me choose the meat type and build my dish. It was a quick in and out experience which was great.There was plentiful of food, the taste was average nothing too exciting.

June 25, 2023Food is as close to homemade as you can get in a city full of fast food. Very recently, the food is very good and enough to fuel your for long periods. They also lowered the prices making it more affordable which was a huge plus compared to what it was previously. Owner is very nice, friendly and treats you like family, and food portion is quite enough to last you (1 meal and a half if you get the dinner plate). I would want to give 5 star because how it drastically turned into being more affordable but the only slight turn off I had today was the rice tasted a little funny. This only happens every once in awhile out of all the other times the rice was good, so it's not too big of a deal as it occurs very infrequently.REPEALED-REPEALED-REPEALED-REPEALED:Late-2020OVERPRICED! Been using this as a go-to for lunch and dinner for 9 years.Workers refused to give me a 10% discount even after the owner told them many times. Some of them just downright refused or slid an excuse to not call the owner just give a 10% discount for their overpriced meals that they are already minting money in the first place. Just before the pandemic I had ceased any business with the owner and it's highly rude, unhygienic workers, who fail to maintain food preparation protocols as the pieces of salad drip on to other areas of food. If you want greek food, just go to Jimmy the Greek in Markville Mall. Both are over-priced and still relatively bad(in terms of customer service) but at least for that one, the food doesn't taste foul after being refrigerated for one day. Just don't go here. It's not worth summoning your appetite for Greek food to fuel a poorly runned restaurant that continues to squeeze every ounce of profit for such terrible customer experience.

The best pork souvlaki in town!Don’t judge a restaurant by what it looks. As a consumer you rather pay for the good food, than the added cost from decoration.Our family loved their pork souvlaki so much, that recently when we hosted a big gathering at home, we went with Greek Stop. The trays of salads, meat, rice, potatoes, … made it easy to serve, and received compliments from the guests. The best part, we did not break the bank!When calling the restaurant, it will first go to a switchboard (initially it threw us off). Just ask for the Markham location, and you will get connected.To order for party, or any question, a recommendation is to talk to the owner Zia, and he will take care of you!

I don’t review restaurants unless have eaten there at least 3-4 times to make sure, but I have to tell you, the food here is really good, big portions and quick and courteous service.If you like a quiet place to eat your food, this is it!I haven’t been disappointed here. I wish they were close to my place… I literally live across the city, but every time we are near this place we eat here.

I genuinely love this place so much.Something about the friendly grandpa-like man and the lovely lady serving food is just so heartwarming. The food is also amazing and very much worth the price.Wish that this place in Markham Town Square will be opened forever.
