Nope, never shopping there again. I had to wear a mask or a person couldn’t enter the store. One other gentleman wrote a similar review. The manager wrote back saying that there are immuno compromised people on staff and who shop there. Well, that’s all well and good but then it it up to those people to protect themselves. It’s not up to the rest of the world to conform to them. I also thought this was the purpose of a vaccine?

Love this place and love picking up outfits and shoes for all our performers! Thanks for making it such a safe and positive space for everyone. There were a couple of new customers while some of us were there and the staff was so good at balancing checking in on us if we needed while giving the positive (but not overbearing or pushy) attention those customers required. If anyone in the SW industry or otherwise needs anything, we highly recommend it!

Been to this place a couple times with my bf and friends, the staff were always welcoming and willing to answer questions, and honestly compared to other local places, it is very well kept and a very nice selection and variety of good products. Keep it up Industrial Luv!

Your hours are incredibly inconvenient. 11am open during Christmas shopping is not cool. Tried ordering for delivery and while your website says $5 delivery, you wanted to charge me $15 for an item that costs less than that.

Was turned down service for not wanting to wear a mask, long after all mandates have been lifted. Looked on pink cherry and found the exact same toy we were going in to buy for half the price. Will never step foot in this place again.
