Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary South - Conference Ctr, an IHG Hotel

I booked the hotel stay as a gift for my husband’s first Father’s Day. I asked in my booking if they could maybe put rose petals or something on the bed to celebrate, and the housekeeping staff put incredible Father’s Day themed towel art and balloons on the bed. What a wonderful surprise!! The food at Pacini’s was great and our server was very intuitive and friendly. The check in experience was seamless, and the water slide is ridiculously fun and fast for such a tiny slide!

Recently stayed here for 10 days. The hotel is very nice. Its clean and inviting. The staff is great. The laundry isn't expensive. They have a nice variety of snack foods and drinks by the front desk. The pool has a waterside. On my first and 4th night, the hot tub wasn't hot and when I told them, they had someone come right away to fix it. Secure elevators and doors. Nice wide hallways, luggage carts etc. They seem to have everything a person needs or might forget at home, even a can opener!I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.The only thing is that in order to go catch a bus for public transit, the nearest bus stop is a bit of a walk, say 15 minutes. I only went out to do that once so it wasn't an issue but it could be for someone who needs public transportation.Very nice hotel.

Nice clean rooms, check in staff were great. My feeling was that, this hotel is double the price of most hotels in the area. Although it is fairly new, it’s rooms are small, pool area is small, and there is no included breakfast. My stay was good although left me wondering why I spent an extra $120/night to stay here?

We stayed for only one night but enjoyed our stay. Hotel is located near many stores and restaurant. Room was very clean. Free breakfast was delicious but no breakfast buffet. Even if we will still come back. Thank you!

I was thoroughly impressed with service at the hotel. We were there for Nationals volleyball this past weekend. The front desk staff was super accommodating when we needed to make changes for the team breakfast . We were leaving really early and they kindly put together a bagged breakfast for each of the girls to take with them.In particular, David at the front desk, went out of his way to help with this situation.

We stayed in the King Suite, the room was nice and tidy, loved the shower, plenty of space for a family of four. The kids enjoy the pool and the 2 storey water slide while the adults are in the hot tub. Bed and furniture were comfy and you have ample space to do some office work. Our room also had a nice view outside. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
