I’ve been a patient of Maple Ridge Wellness Centre for several years. I started to see Bree Firth for massage therapy post surgery in 2021 and continued with her for prenatal massage this year. She’s absolutely amazing, dedicated to her patients and their well-being, I honestly can’t say enough good things about her and how great I feel when I leave. I’m so grateful to have her (and the clinic) as part of my care team.

I saw Dr. Zehra when I was pregnant with twins. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have made it through my pregnancy without her.When Zehra went on maternity leave I started seeing Dr. Mark. He is just as skilled and great with my kids. I have referred all my family and Friends to him.I have seen several Chiropractors and Massage Therapist at MRWC over the years, and it is apparent that they take pride in hiring skilled and compassionate staff (including the lovely ladies at the front desk).

Love coming here for Chiropractor and Massage, they always take great care of me and attend to all my needs. Reception staff is always warm and welcoming when you walk in, and who doesn't love being greeted by a big smiling puppy face when you walk in! All the Love to the Mascots of this place! ❤️

Highly recommend!! Dr. Spencer is amazing! Super personable and actual cares about our wellbeing and he’s funny too! My kids love him and he has such a great energy around them that they look forward to adjustments :)

Best in the West! Seriously! Dr. Zehra is a life saver and so is Dr. Amanda. I have heard plenty of great stuff about the others, too. I have taken my littles to them and I have sent many families their way because I know the service is so good. I have also had amazing massages here. Also the admin team is so kind and lovely and always make me feel at home.If your baby latches better on one side than the other and you can't seem to figure it out, give Dr. Zehra or Dr. Amanda a call and watch them work their magic. They are so gentle and it looks so much different to see them work with kids than to get adjusted as an adult. I think Dr. Zehra saved my pregnancy, my hips and neck were so sore and she always put me to rights and gave me great exercises to do. She even helped me by suggesting some really great, evidence-based prenatal vitamins. I was struggling to get into labour and I am sure that the adjustment that I had that day helped things along, and also the delivery was so much smoother than my first (though I know the second babes have it much easier after the first clears the path).This review is all over the place but basically they are amazing and if you are considering a new practitioner, look no further.

Jessee is an outstanding RMT. She identified all the pain points and worked through them methodically. My lower back feels much better now.She also took the time to show me some exercises.Thank you!!

I saw Dr. Watson for support during my pregnancy. I highly recommend him and the clinic. I found Dr. Watson very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Always a great experience, the staff are always helpful & friendly. Special thanks to Dr. Mark, he is an amazing chiropractor & Cassidy is an absolute gem and her messages are THE BEST! They always take the time to listen to my needs and give me tips on things to do at home too.

Such a nice little facility - clean, updated, and friendly staff. I saw Coley for RMT several times, she is lovely and listens to and addresses your concerns. Recently I took my 7 month old to Dr. Zehra, mostly just to see what paediatric chiro was all about and to check on her development. Dr. Zehra was absolutely amazing with my daughter, she was so so gentle and made sure that she was comfortable and content the entire time. It was such a joy to see her so happy and relaxed, it was like a baby spa treatment. Dr. Zehra checked her over very thoroughly for tension, etc. and checked her motor development. She gave her a vibration massage - baby looked totally blissed out, way too cute. Plus did some exercises on a yoga ball with her and some stretches. Overall it was a really positive experience and I am looking forward to our next visit! (and when I have time to see Coley again!!)
