Great place to get some hard to find hardware. Friendly staff. Helped me with a purchase even though I didn't order ahead.

I chose Delta Server Store to buy my first lab server because the place is very close to my home. I knew from the reviews that it was a fine place but I have to say that not only they delivered but exceeded my expectations. These guys are friendly, easygoing and caring. Never have had a problem with any request I send their way: I wanted to change my x3650 M2 for an M3 and they agreed without any questions. I wanted to throw in some more memory and they kindly did it. Later I had a problem with the secondary NIC of my server and they right away gave me a 4 Ethernet PCI-E card. Do not hesitate counting on this store!

Honestly... When I went in, it was very sketchy in an side store without a sign, and the insides looked like a mess, but when I talked to them, they were very nice and knowledgeable. The prices are very nice for a startup or smaller company, especially if you're willing to pick up something that might be second hand. I'd probably end up going again just for how good the price is

Reputation is extremely important to anybody, any company. To the Delta Server Store, I have no doubt.I found them from eBay but purchased a $1700 used server from their website. When the server delivered free of charge (my home is 55km away from their store) I found the CPUs were different from what I ordered. I've already paid them in full so I called them immediately. The owner got my call and figured out they loaded the wrong item by mistake but he provided me with a solution right away.Two days later, after they fully tested another server, they came to my house for another delivery, with upgraded CPUs, better exterior condition and without any extra charge.I'll give 6 stars to Delta Server Store if I can. I'll definitely come back again and highly recommend them!

I bought an HP dl360p from them. It's my first server after self hosting everything on old desktops.I had a lot of questions which they answered and helped me understand.Server runs great and I would purchase another from them.

Could not be happier. Send them a couple questions by Email and by noon order a server , They delivered it later the same day and server is great ,. Very happy and recommend

Great service, friendly and helpful employees. Goes above and beyond what you'd expect, and I'm not just saying that.I bought two servers from Delta Server Store. A Dell PowerEdge R730XD and a R630.Delta was great at answering my questions, and I was being very particular on what I wanted.Both of them were done to the specs I asked for, and even parts that needed changing for whatever reason were replaced quickly and without additional cost.I had to bring one of the servers back as there was a RAM speed issue, which turned out to be my mistake because the CPU didn't support the full speed. This was resolved by swapping the CPU for a higher unit. They even came down on the weekend outside of hours to take a look at it for me, which I really appreciated.Definitely don't let the cluttered store throw you off. They are worth dealing with, and they will work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will definitely be dealing with them again.
