Bob is the BEST there is, no question! My husband and I have used Bob on all of our home inspections, 4 in total! Bob is VERY thorough and we appreciate it. I would rather know that I need to replace outlet to GFIs then be blindsided when I have to do it after I bought the house. Bob saved us from buying a home that was “perfect” by letting us know we would need to replace the roof and rafters and that we would need to run/change out ALL the electric in the house. He has also let us know we have a good solid home. I feel a large sense of relief after I get the home inspection from Bob because I know there are NO surprises. No stone is left unturned. Isn’t that what you want to know when buying a home? You know what you need to do and you are not freaking out when the hot water tank goes and no one told you it might need to be replaced. If you are getting your home inspection from anyone other than Bob you are doing yourself and injustice. He is also great at accommodating your schedule and the turn around time for the report on the inspection is phenomenal.

We hired Bob to inspect our home after we bought it, as we waived inspection as part of our purchase offer. Bob was on site for many hours and took great lengths to make sure to inspect every aspect of our home. This is saying a lot as our home is essentially a museum showcasing every era of approach to electrical and plumbing. We appreciated that he was very open to us following him around and asking lots of questions. We felt peace of mind afterwards, having left no stone unturned and clearly understanding our action list moving forward. The report he generated for us is invaluable, a reliable and detailed resource for us and anyone who comes to work on the house in any way. We couldn't recommend Bob Aldi more highly. If you want an extensive and careful inspection of your home, he's your guy.

You can tell that Bob takes pride in his work. His inspection was thorough and detailed and didn't leave one spot of the house untouched. He answered every question we had and gave great insight. He is honest and friendly and would recommend him to anyone! He definitely had our best interest in mind.

We hired Bob to do our home inspection. He is very professional in doing his work as a home inspector. He showed concern for us 1st time homebuyers on what to look out for in the future in terms of maintenance. He's very knowledgeable, you can ask him every question you can think of while doing the inspection and he will answer it. Not only he tells you what's wrong with the house but also the reason why it's happening. The inspection report was consistent and detailed. He's also very easy to reach. After speaking with several home inspectors in the area we decided to have Bob inspect two of the rental properties we were looking at in the area, and we are glad we did. He was quick to respond to questions leading up to the inspections and very thorough as he inspected the house. Additionally, he was very kind and personable with the tenants in the houses we were inspecting which was a big plus. We’re currently looking at some additional homes in the area and would be very happy to have Bob inspect those for us when the time comes.

I contacted Bob back in September of 2022 to get a quote. I was blown away with the professionalism on the phone. When we finally had a house in contract he came in a timely manner. He spent 4.5 hour going from top to bottom of the house and went on the outside of the property and the garageas well. He 100% delivered when it came to his work and reports he gave. When we finally closed on our house we knew exactly what needed to be fixed and were comfortable with the results.
