Amazing staff, Marina does my laser removal and I see Samantha regularly at front desk who is very kind and helpful :) they’re both great! Marina makes me feel very comfortable before the session, and my tattoos have been fading a lot only after 3 sessions :) and no, it’s really not painful at all! So don’t scare yourself from this process, it’s definitely worth it :)

I just finished my sixth session and am super happy with the results so far. All the staff at the King West location are excellent, especially Marina, the laser technician. She is very supportive and communicative throughout the process, and always very efficient. It can be pricey and painful, but worth it if you have a tattoo you aren’t satisfied with. Can’t recommend highly enough!

My first experience at Removery was with Fatima and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. She was kind, compassionate and warm and provided an exemplary customer service experience. Her compassion was remarkable, and she she maintained a level of professionalism while also exhibiting an extreme kindness that made me feel very confident and comfortable in my decision to choose Removery. Thank you to the Removery team for being amazing at what you do. Shout out to Marina for being the best in class. She’s amazing at her job, is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve been going to Removery since October 2021, removing two tattoos and the process has been seamless. The package I purchased was the best I found while doing my research for laser tattoo removal. I highly recommend Removery if you’re looking for tattoo removal.

very professional. i love that i could talk to the people there in a casual manner it definitely made me feel less nervous. it was my first time visiting and they made sure i had the best experience. booked for a second sesh in 10 weeks :)

Samantha was very kind and passionate, walking me through all the information provided and able to cater to my situation. Very good.

Had a wonderful experience at my first appointment! Everyone made sure I was comfortable and their humour was a great distraction from the nervousness! The actual laser is much easier to handle than I thought and was reassured multiple times we could take as many breaks as needed. Excited for my tattoo removal journey, see you guys in Feb for my next appointment!

The ladies at this location are beyond amazing for so many reasons. The laser tech Marina is very hardworking, always provides effective treatments, and makes you feel safe. The consultant Sam- such a cool personality. Makes you feel welcome, always hypes you up when you come in which is nice and is a powerhouse of knowledge. 1000/10 recommend for laser tattoo removal.

I had an amazing experience at Removery King West with Marina. It was my first time experiencing laser tattoo removal and Marina was extremely helpful and made the whole experience informative & comfortable. The service was very quick as well! I would highly recommend everyone to get treated here!
