Backed out of my driveway ....my rearview camera was working ...dropped my vehicle off for an oil change .....when I get my vehicle back my rearview camera is now just a blue screen. Took it back and they said it was nothing they did.....WELL SOMETHING HAPPENED in the time that I dropped it off to the time I picked it back up!!!! So now this is left up to my expense to have fixed somewhere else! I've been going to this garage for years without an issue and now that Quick Lane took it over, my first time using their service this happens! Not happy at all!!! You have just lost a good Customer!!!

Decent service held hostage by shocking pricing. $210 for a synthetic oil change. Ample parking, friendly staff and clean waiting area with complimentary wifi.I can’t afford to go back here, unfortunately.Edit: I was contacted the next morning stating I was overcharged. In the end, the oil change cost $120. This company is now owned by Blue Star Ford (Simcoe)

Amazing customer service! After finding a large screw in my tire, the staff at Quick Lane in Waterford were able to bring my car right in, and had it repaired for me within the hour!
