My partner and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Denise Chan at La-Z-Boy Markham. Denise was extremely kind, patient and professional. Denise delivered excellent customer service from the moment we stepped in the gallery up until the time we left as happy (repeat) customers. Thank you so much, Denise!

I visited the store and was immediately greeted by Steve Kalli.He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He helped us with our news and provided different options and recommendations.Even after the purchase, Steve kept following up to make sure we are happy with our purchase.He is always responsive and goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy.The Markham store is worth the trip just to deal with Steve!

We have been to quite a few furniture places as we are looking to furnish our new home. We were thinking that we’d go check out La-Z-Boy to get some ideas / inspiration. We were not planning to purchase anything. However, when we got to the store we were greeted by Steve Kalli who provided us with excellent service. He showed us some options and then told us that the designer Lexie could build our space in a 3D model so that we could get an idea of layout and how things would look. They were both very friendly, took their time with us and did not pressure us to buy. We ended up purchasing 2 couches, 2 accent chairs and a coffee table! Amazing service and would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Steve Kalli at Hwy 7 and Woodbine. I bypassed other LBoy stores as I'd heard how great he was. He is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic sales persons I've come across; and I'm an older senior, so I've come across many. Despite a busy day, his attention was solely on me, as I needed a new chair following surgery. My recommendation is, go to Steve and you won't regret it! (p.s. I chose the Rowan for comfort)

You would think Laz-Boy with it's brand name would give a decent quality product.I put an order in January and due to COVID and delays, had to wait until September to receive the product.Issue being is there was no update, no tracking and I had to call and check 4 times until they finally set a date for me.Then I receive the couch and it's got an exposed piece of plywood that I cut myself on, creaking everytime I use the recliner and small green and dark smudge spots all over the couch.Apparently they didn't secure it properly so the frame was misaligned and the furniture glue they use was all over the couch and what technician says are chocolate smudges (again, supposed to be a brand new couch).These guys are basically selling refurbished couches under the pretense of 'custom made' promo, go for something actually worth your time and money, because you can't even return it without a 50% penalty even if they send you a defective product.Update: 6 months in and the middle recliner has broken down twice.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Steve Kalli at Markham location. Wanted to purchase a reclining chair and stopped in for the first time ever to take a look. He did such a good job from start to finish that I left having purchased what I went out to find. I really appreciated his approach. Friendly welcome from a distance….some initial information was exchanged and he pointed us in the right direction but then left us to wander. Attentive but not pushy…available but gave us space to ourselves. They have so many options to choose from that patience is required all the way around and he had plenty of it. I highly recommend dealing with Steve!

Service from the store staff was great. However, after a long wait, our chair arrived and we were not satisfied with the workmanship or care taken to assemble the chair. There are several wrinkles or buckles in the leather. According to La-Z-Boy: Leather is a natural product and can experience wrinkles/scars/bites/veins/brands all over. No two animal hides or skins are identical and can experience differences on each part of a product. This is natural and out of our control... We will repair as necessary to ensure your product meets La-Z-Boy standards. These concerns would not be considered defects under our warranty policy." The company offered to send out a technician "to touch up the area missing leather" - however

I wanted to share my experience with the La-z-Boy store in Markham. We went in looking for a recliner, and were approached by Steve Kalli, one of the sales people on the floor. We took an extremely long time to make our decision. We placed our order and then changed our minds about 10 days after putting a down payment down. We called Steve to talk about making a change. Steve was very acommodating, and patient as he worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this store, and especially working with Steve, he was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and did not hard sell, a real pleasure to deal with.

We love our new furniture, SO comfortable. The chair that we needed to special order was delivered about 7 weeks before the originally scheduled date. Very happy.

Definitely recommend Lexie at La-Z-Boy in Markham. She was super helpful, answering our 483 questions (ok maybe not 483 but I do ask many). No pressure sales environment as we took our time in the store. Very happy with our new couch & chair. Thanks Lexie !
