Professional team, really good work and they take a lot of pride in what they do. Friendly staff, answered all of my questions and took my concerns seriously.

Workers were awesome, however the Project Manager and management team LIE! During the decontamination we were repeatedly told that nothing will be disposed until insurance and myself were settled and signed off, after several calls asking when the decon would resume (as the workers explained they were very busy) 2 workers showed up un announced removed the items of concern and as I was heading out was asked to sign permission to remove from site...again told nothing would be disposed until bith insurance and myself settled.Numerous calls by my daughter to SM were met with pleasant person insuring it is OK and nothing will be disposed....Each and every time we we mentioned there were items that due to sentimental value we would sign off on items and salvage...not to ramble on but we were told 100% of the material was disposed March 9th ànd only today ( April 19 ) did we even get the valuation of all items for consideration from the insurance company (so still not settled) and for this reason, the integrity of this company went to disposal just like all of sentimental items of my Mothers!!!!I won't get into the conversation I had with the Project Manager about how my restoration would take 3 months to even start....but it ended with him telling me the material was sent to dump 2 weeks prior.

My husband and I had the sewer back up into the unfinished basement of our rental building and we were thrilled with the quick, thorough, friendly service we received. Same day the cleanout started, next day continued with a wash down and sanitization of the basement and they are letting us borrow their fans and dehumidifier for the weekend to be sure the space dries properly. Couldn't have asked for better help with this big problem we had!

These guys came in and cleaned up and repaired basement for my elderly parents. Best people ever! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them. If you want the best than definitely call these guys!

Had a sewage flood in our home. They lied to my dad's face when he was in a rush and got him to sign papers that let them throw out all our belongings (some weren't even wet) under the guise of just taking it off the property. He verbally clarified that they wouldn't be throwing it out and they told him he'd need to sign more paperwork. (Sneakily, the removal and disposal forms look nearly identical. ) That was lie and our stuff was thrown out the week i called to ask for access. No one told me when I called, and by the time we found out it was crushed in landfill with nothing we could do. I'd give -1 star if I could. Priceless memories that could have been save were destroyed. I would never trust this business again. We've been absolutley devastated by this.
