CAA sent this company tow truck out, and by far the worst service possible. If you can avoid, or get another tow truck, try and do so.The guy comes and demand me to show all of the paper work. I said sure. I start showing him then he tells me I can’t tow this car. And I ask him why and he’s like because Mercedes Benz is not covered in the CAA service. Then he starts taking pics of my car then goes inside the truck and just leaves without telling me anything.

If I could give this business an infinite number of stars I would. Within 10 minutes of getting my first flat on the 400 south and calling CAA, Abdullah not only towed my car to the nearest open shop with impeccable professionalism and kindness, but waited with me and advocated for me with the mechanics who were quite busy - to no fault of their own. He helped me gather the car information the mechanics needed (I am quite a new driver and inexperienced to say the least), and made sure I was getting the help I needed. If it wasn’t for his absolutely incredible customer service and empathy, I would be stranded without a way home and forced to find a hotel. I am so incredibly grateful. Abdullah, if you’re reading this, the world needs more people like you. Thank you, so so much for everything.

If you can avoid, or get another tow truck, try and do so.Driver waited in an area for 45 minutes after taking the request.Driver showed up; and said the car isnt located in a a right area.Tow truck driver, with 0 experience, made 10 excuses in 5 minutes, and then told CAA he couldn't do the job.Worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Poor customer service. Driver was not professional and he was from CAA. The driver was lazy and didn’t want to do his job. He later offered to do the job privately for cash, not through CAA.Please don’t pay these scammers. Stay away from them.

Abdullh was awesome! Very knowledgeable and explained why my car wasn't starting and how he started it. I was worried it was the starter but thankfully it wasn't! Very fast service and I was able to make it home for the start of game 5 OT! Thank you!!

My car couldn’t start yesterday, the tow driver who came couldn’t start it so he towed us home today Abdali came and started it in 2 minutes and showed me what the issue was which I just confirmed with Canadian Tire. Great customer service Abdali.

They towed my lowered sports car via CAA. My tow truck operator was very knowledgeable of how to load a lowered car onto a flatbed. He was very very professional and super nice. 5/5 easily. Thanks guys!

Abdulla was amazing! A tire had blown out on the Express lanes and he responded quickly and calmly to get me out of the scary situation. He put me at ease and presented options to be able to assist me. He went above and beyond. So grateful for the help during such a stressful time.

Billal Towing were very professional when they towed my summer sports car. I am always nervous because the car is like my child but they were very thoughtful and gentle.The driver let me know when he was on his way, and was quick and polite loading the car. He sent me pictures when he offloaded the car at my mechanics shop. 100% would recommend.
