So disgusted and disappointed… After ordering a family pack and a separate meal, & paying $70.00.. the waiter comes out tells us the side(s) we ordered for each meal is no longer available & so we will be compensated with veggies.. my husband and i said okay, no problem…then to come home and find out, the shrimp which was suppose to come with the separate meal wasn’t in the bag.. & we were only compensated for one of the side(s) .. we weren’t compensated for the side which came with the shrimp meal so there goes $20 plus tax, (no shrimp & no side)And Im really disgusted and disappointed to know this is what they compensated my rice for a family meal with - it literally looks like someone either ate out of it before it was given to us or something of the sort.. it’s really shameful and sad the managers of this location think it’s okay to give someone this garbage to eat, especially when it’s for my family. Needless to say, I’ll stick to my regular swiss chalet location. I’ll never recommend this garbage location to anyone.

Swiss Chalet has really stepped up their game at this location! Bestie and I had the 2 can dine for $19.99 and upgraded it to white meat. We also had some cocktails and lemon meringue pie to go. Service was great.

They messed up my order,packed the salad with the hot meal, and resulted in hot lettuce and hot ceasar ..nasty. They promised me to replace it but didn't record it that night .The supervisor tonight was shouting and rude . They gave me a new ceasar with no cheese and no croutons. I will drive up to West Drive instead. They clearly don't want my money.

The new look is more modern and airy. The server and manager were very pleasant. The perogies were good. The chicken as tasty as usual. However the fries were overcooked and mostly the little hard ends. Manager offered to replace but I didn't have time to wait of new order. Nice location with big take out section.

Wow this Swiss chalet is amazing, amazing portion size and the food was fresh and hot! The owner even came and talked to us! He is very professional and sweet! We will definitely be back

This was the first time my wife and I visited this particular Swiss Chalet. We will certainly be visiting again! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The owner made it a point to visit each table to make sure the food and the whole dining experience was to the customers satisfaction.Great food and a first class operation.A most enjoyable dining experience.

Swiss Chalet
I took my elderly mother to this newly opened location which is very close to my home. It was a little different in layout then most but very inviting and welcoming. The waitress was awesome and super friendly and had nothing but smiles for everyone. She was fast and efficient. The owners came by to greet the guests and say hello and thanks for coming. They made you feel like you were a friend. We will definitely return. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing and cozy enviroment! Food good quality. Washrooms were spotless! Our waitress was so sweet! Was even able to get bacon on my cheese perogies for the first time after seeing it on tiktok! Definitely reccomend!
