First and foremost, the staff was rude. Bro didn’t even cared to explain. Bought a sheesha, trusted that everything will be inside the box so didn’t checked, turns out the rubber thingy which goes around the top (where we mount the bowl) is missing from the sheesha and there were broken remains of a clay bowl in the box. The sheesha wasn’t even cleaned and there was dust on it (as it was out as a show piece). I stay in brampton and bought from this shop since it was close-by to me at the time (since I was at lawrence at that time). Opened up the box once I reached brampton to smoke and then the drama unfolded. Ruined the night for all of us. Disappointed that I trusted and didn’t checked the contents right there.

Great service. Answered all of my questions as a 1st time buyer and offered advice in a very friendly and non-condescending manner. Gave me some discounts and threw in some freebies.Happy with my purchase, and will definitely be back to shop in store and online.

Very rude staff, both were in rush to sell us expensive products. I will always prefer Shisha king over this.

I wanted to purchase a hookah and some herbal shisha for myself but have never really had any knowledge about what I needed or how to purchase. After spending some time on the extensive website, I chose a beautiful BYO hookah that was on sale, and literally one of everything I needed. They made shopping so easy. I ended up spending just over $200 but I got charcoal, a fork, a poker, 4 flavours, AND a little burner. It came quickly with UPS, and they threw in some pre cut foil on the house. I was going to go in person, but I live way out of the Scarborough area. So glad I didn’t have to hop around from shop to shop to find exactly what I needed! Thank you, Shisha Mart! I highly recommend this store if you’re in that area. If not, the website is more than sufficient!

I'm deducting 1 star for the no social distancing part, but I still like coming here as the people working here are very informative. Heck, I've even seen some customers helping each other out here. So refreshing to see that in today's world. People uniting over Shisha. LolThe people working here don't care about making extra profit from you. They listen to your needs first and based on your budget or preferences, they recommend what to buy and what will work for you/home, etc. I loved that.There are a ton of choices and something for everyone especially if you're picky. I've picked up the orange flavor initially with the kit which was recommended. It was good, so I went and bought two more flavors that were good as well.Definitely try this place out if you're an amateur at this stuff. Staff is very nice and helpful.

They got lot of options to look around before buying and the owner/salesman have a strong knowledge of what goes with what & suggests accordingly for our usage. Bit expensive but “ Best products are never cheap “. I highly recommend this place if you live around. We can look and compare the prices if we want to buy the product online.

NEVER go to this place. This loser behind the counter is rude and only helps out people who speak Arabic. Kept me waiting, was extremely rude and abusive and finally sold me stale flavour that we had to throw out. Go to Ghadirs just down the road, much better service and much better product.
