Amazing customer service 6/5 Stars on that one! They have the best pricing on all vaporizers and accessories sometimes even lower than the manufacturer's retail website! They went above and beyond helping me with my Yocan device today I was so happy when I left Haze Smoke Shop. They have a pretty decent selection on snacks and drinks as well! Keep up the good work guys! Thnk you!

I work at a restaurant one block away. I use the stop near Haze. I have been buying my disposable vapes from them for long. Very friendly and cooperative staff, plus they have best disposable vapes inventory in the shop. Recommended

Haze is my favourite store in the entire city. Not just the best smoke shop, which it is, but the best customer service period. Friendly knowledgeable staff always make me smile. Manager Ali has been so nice over the last 4 years that I consider him a neighbourhood friend. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Excellent, fast service!!!! I ordered the Utillian-421 on 8/14 and received it today, 8/20. I ordered it on a Saturday, it shipped on Monday from Canada and received by Friday in Florida. Also, I added a note to let them know I needed the product by 8/23 and received a courtesy call letting me know they couldn't guarantee it but it would be shipped early Monday. Again, excellent customer service, and I'm very happy with the product!!! Thanks for the free gift!!!

Made an online order from nova scotia.My Vaporizer arrived 3 days ahead of predicted and I got a free buster that just so happens is in my favorite colour.The warehouse and shipping staff nailed it.I dont what customer service is like because the company did its job properly.Thank you very much.
