Working with Home Fashions was a win-win for me! I had a very small kitchen renovation done by them and they treated my renovation as if it was the only job they had on their schedule. They said what they would do, and they carried through. Their staff is second to none in knowledge, competence, and customer service. A few of them that I met and dealt with were Carly, Becky, Dean, Dave, Janet, Jessie, and Jarred. I realize that it takes a team, a good team, to get these jobs done. And I also realize that they employ other workers that I did not meet who helped move my job along – on time and perfectly completed - kudos to you, too. If there was an award in Fredericton for the company with the best customer service, Home Fashions would win my vote.Diana Hall

Window Fashions installed new windows in my home and not only did they install windows that will help us save money in the long run, but they also made our home look up to date. And the installers were very professional and they left my home very clean. I would highly recommend Window Fashions for anyone looking for a real professional job with friendly, helpful people. A very pleasant and fun experience. We had a new acrylic counter top installed and under counter cabinet The estimator was great, and very knowledgeable. We discussed lots of options and ideas, shared preliminary pricing, which helped my wife and I to decide quickly on what we were really interested in. Both of us found the quoting" process enjoyable. The price for the countertop and installation was reasonable. Actually going acrylic was cheaper than I was expecting.The installer was great. knowledgeable. Made an extra trip to "see for himself" the job so that he could properly prepare and plan for the work. We really felt we were in good hands and never were concerned about the end quality of the job. AND the end job is awesome! we are happy."

We would recommend Home Fashions 100%. We recently had upgrades completed to our kitchen and they are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Not only are we ecstatic about our customer experience, but the end result is exactly what we wanted.

Kitchen Fashions did a complete gut and reno on our original 40 year old kitchen and what an incredible transformation!! We now have a kitchen that rivals any of the ones you see on TV. We worked with an amazing designer who really listened to what we wanted and was able to design a kitchen layout that functions so much better than the original. We have more space, storage and a better work flow not to mention the most beautiful cabinets. We were given a schedule at the beginning of the job and they stuck to it, quite an accomplishment in our books! All the staff were professional yet very approachable and friendly, from the project manager, the designer right on down to the trades that came to do the work (and they were very patient and gentle with our little feline interloper). Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately so that by the time the job was complete there was nothing that needed to be changed. We had an amazing renovation experience, something not too many people can boast of. We have been singing the praises of Kitchen Fashions to anyone that will listen and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a renovation. We had a positive experience working with kitchen fashions. Very helpful and friendly staff who stayed in touch with us throughout the project. Completed the job ahead of schedule and under budget :) We’re very pleased with the end result!

My wife and I are busy professionals and friends recommended Kitchen Fashions. We wanted a firm that could come in and re-do our kitchen, ground floor bathroom and related flooring. A fairly extensive job. We also wanted them to handle coordinating the replacement of flooring with their subcontractor on flooring.They were for the most part punctual and the quality of the work was excellent, but there remained a simple finishing matter regarding the 'transitions' for flooring in three doorways. (Transitions are three foot strips that match the flooring.) My wife had paid their bill in full before the job was done, even the holdback amount.We simply could not get them to finish the job (install matching transitions) once they had their money. My wife repeatedly emailed 'Dave' who promised to get it done, but never did. After a long period of no activity, I collected our invoices with proof of payment, copy of the contract, put together a small claims court action, and told them on a Wednesday, I and my wife were through chasing them to finish the job they promised to do, and that I would sue in small claims court on Monday (I am a lawyer.) Dave did not return my call. He called my spouse. I did not appreciate that. I wanted to talk to him. In any event, Kitchen Fashions sent their subtrade over that Wednesday and it was done that day.Sad ending to an otherwise good renovation.Moral of the story: When dealing with Kitchen Fashions, do not pay the hold back, until the job is finished. If you are a busy professional and don't want to deal with subtrades, maybe try another firm. My impression of Kitchen Fashions is that they are very busy, take on more work than they can handle, promise the world, and sometimes (based on my experience) under-deliver.

We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinetry and the professionalism of the KF personnel. Everyone was great. We hired our own electrical, floor and tiling contractor. We used a KF sub for plumbing. That was the only problem with the whole job. The sub was unreliable and had to return repeatedly to get the job done. To their credit, KF made sure we were happy and went the extra mile to resolve any remaining issues. All this was delivered during COVID, which only added to their challenges.As with any service provider, the holdback is there to ensure the final items get attended to. The final work was finished some months after the original schedule, but we were not pushing them either. In the end they helped us create a great kitchen for our home. We'd hire them again. And get our own plumber.

We are very pleased with the attention directed to completing our kitchen and the excellent workmanship by all staff, in spite of the difficulties encountered, through no fault of yours. In my years of managing projects, I can’t think of many that went without a snag or two. It’s how they are handled, including being up front with the client, that matters. You did that and it was appreciated. We are very pleased with the finished result.

Ordered a bar, wanted it black and white, when it showed up the bartop was wood coloured, not black.Asked them for a stained black bartop and they said they’d do it. When they came to install the new top the bartop had dirt specks in it and the bar rail wasn’t stained. The bar rail was a tinted epoxy that made it look like it was spray painted. Called again to get it fixed, and six weeks later I called for an update and was told nothing had been done yet. Decided I’d be better off making the bartop myself, since I didn’t feel as though I was a priority of theirs, even though I spent over 10k on this bar.Bad customer service, I recommend using someone else.
