Dispatch is rude and unwilling to help or listen...RUDE and needs manners. Called dispatch and they said nothing was available for the date I wanted, called back to ask for another date but he quickly cut me off and said lady I already told you nothing was available for tomorrow" and hung up before I asked. Would not pay for this service!!!"

In Toronto, Uber has a wheelchair accessible van service.. Same rate as a regular Uber, so cheaper than these companies. Vans ramp are side entry. Just Scroll down to the vehicle options on your uber app, select WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle). When you meet your driver, grab his number and you can schedule your Uber trips with him directly to cut wait time.
