Really friendly and helpful staff...they cut a key for me and unfortunately it didn't work ?not their fault, told me it was a possibility as they didn't have exact key. Refunded my money no issues. Also have some cool local decor items and stuff I wouldn't have expected in a home hardware.

They have such a wide range of products including tools, hardware, paints, cleaning products, household items, plumbing and electrical products, etc., but the store is very well organized, and if they do not have what you need, they will order it in for you and it will be on their next shipment. I ordered some fencing products and the staff was very helpful. I dealt with Steph, and she was just great. When the product arrived slightly damaged, she promptly re-ordered it for me and the next shipment was perfect. No hassles. Just very friendly, helpful service.So much better than the big box stores.

Wow, out of words , when you call them they find out right stuff for you , if they don't have it , they will find you location for that , when you call them you can feel they want to work , they want to help the customer the best possible way. Amazing service, I would give 10 star if I could .
