This location is amazing. I ordered a pickup at the wrong spot. This location took care of the order for me and didn't make me feel like the dummy that I am!

It seems like everytime I go to this Starbucks they are always out of something. Mostly Chia tea. So frustrating when you are stilling in a line up at the drive through and have to wait to leave.

I get an iced caramel macchiato here at least once a week and for the most part, they make it correctly. However today, I asked my husband to pick up because I was not feeling well. He went to the counter to let them know he's picking up my drink. He was the only person in store waiting After close to 10 min of waiting, he followed up again and was told the drink was done awhile ago. The drink I got looked like poo water and I paid for extra whipped cream and there was no hint of whipped cream in the cup. I had been looking forward to this drink all week and the trip today ended in us both being frustrated.Husband didn't ask them to remake because he was already late for an appointment. I just ended up drinking this $7 liquid disappointment.

Always the friendliest staff and the manager is great! She greets me by name everytime she sees me and that might mean I spend too much money there LOL But even after not being there for a week or so she still remembers me.

No sense of what they serve to their customers. I got it something different then I order. This is my first worst experience with Starbucks. Hope they trained their employees very well. So no one would face same like me in future.
