I recently moved to downtown and found Pxssy Shop on google. The ratings were really high so I expected a good service. The staff were friendly and the room I was in was clean. But I feel like I was charged A LOT. $65 before tax and tip. I am very familiar with Brazilian waxing techniques and charges as I’ve been a client of this method for 18 years now. Consequently, I don’t have a lot of hair and the lady that was helping me also noticed it. My appointment was for total of 17 minutes and I certainly feel I’ve been over-charged for the service

This place has a very good vibe and very friendly staff. The environment was clean and sanitary. My first appointment I unfortunately was paired with a less experienced waxer she was a bit dismissive didn't pull the skin taught and it was more painful then other waxing I have done. I had lots of broken hairs and even some hairs that weren't even pulled. I choose to do another appointment with another waxer and she was absolutely so much better. So was friendly and talked with me thru the process. And it was relatively painless. Unfortunately there was hair missed. I did notify the waxer and she took me in the next day to clean it up no cjarhe. I booked another appointment and unfortunately there was still some hairs. I came back hoping I would leave fully done but was left with poking short hairs. I don't think it was the waxers technique but think it was possibly the wax. I've never been prone to ingrown hairs either and got a bad case after coming. I took the advice of thr waxer and bought the tea tree oil along with a bunch of other stuff however the issuewas still present. I wanna love this place coz I loved most of the ppl and the vibe it has I just unfortunately wasn't satisfied with still having hairs with the price point I was paying.

Had to write a review about my brazilian experience at The Pxssy shop with Olivia today. I am super sensitive with what I've been told is difficult hair and am full of dread every time I have to go in for a wax, but I will almost be looking forward to my next appointment with Olivia. Not only is she an absolute joy to talk to it was the most painless wax I've ever had and she is incredibly knowledgeable. Can't recommend enough.

Booked a brow lamination with Shelby and would recommend her to anyone! She was attentive, explained the process, and did an amazing job. The whole experience was enjoyable and I love the result!! Will definitely be back.

I've been going to the pxssy shop for over a year and I highly recommend it to people looking for hair removal. I typically see Olivia, I've seen other esthetician's when Olivia wasn't available and although they're nice, Olivia is just amazing and I strongly recommend seeing her! Even walking in is great, Cheryl is so friendly and nice and I've always love whatever service I get done here.

I came here for my full Brazilian wax and my esthetician was Sara. She was absolutely incredible! I haven’t had a wax in a while so I was pretty stressed about the pain as I knew what to expect having been waxed down there in the past. The vibe was chill and Sara was super friendly and funny so it helped to laugh a bit to take my mind off the pain, which it did help - so thanks again! She is also very professional and thorough: anyone looking to get this service done should definitely book with her if they want a quick, and somehow enjoyable (haha) wax!

CoalitionSkin isn't just all about waxing! I've had professional and pleasant experiences with their Brazilian services in the past but this time I had a virtual tarot reading with Annik. Like her team Annik is a wonderful and exceptionally talented individual.She started my reading with a peaceful guided meditation. Throughout the reading she was very calm and took her time with reading and explaining the cards drawn.I feel like Annik pays attention to detail and helped me see a bigger picture of what's going on and did not forget to remind me that the future is something I have to create.This reading gave me confidence and I feel calmer, brighter, and hopeful for the future in whichever way it manifests itself.Best thing about the reading is that it was a virtual so you can revisit the reading down the road and it was done in the comfort of my own home. I'll definitely have another tarot reading with Annik again!
