i had a good experience and the staff was clear on we need to provide for a passport application. although it was long waiting time but, the staff helped to get my work done.

Very fast service and security staff is very helpful and polite. I appreciate the effort putting by female security to make sure all Clients who are waiting in the line carried complete documentation for the service.Make sure make appointment before visit this place to avoid waiting in line.

The person at the door was rude and obnoxious. He did everything to have you not go in. Service Canada doesn’t fulfill their name considering they are paid through taxpayers dollars.

SAVE TIME BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!!!!Went to renew my passport. I was told to wait in line, but when I mentioned I have an appointment I was brought to the front. Once I was finished at the front desk I was told to sit down in the waiting area. As soon as I sat down I was called to a cubicle. In and out within 20 mins. Quick, efficient and friendly staff. Had I not booked an appointment I would've waited 3 hours maybe more.

Great service.There is a nice lady who is checking on the people on the line outside to see how best to help them and save them time if possible.The take walk ins for the SIN but I strongly recommend to make an appointment because waiting line takes about 2 - 3 hours(at least that’s what it took us)

I had recently gone to this location , and personally had a great experience. Security staff were kind and understanding and guided us through the whole process. Super quick and easy , recommend making an appointment as it helps speed up the process. But overall would recommend!

I came there because it is near my house. However, it is a terrible place. The employees got paid from taxpayers, but they do not care for us. We had too wait in line too long. I asked the front door staff for my wife to sit because she is disabled and cannot stand for a long time. They asked her to wait in car while it was cold outside. The receptionist girl was too slow and talked too much when explaining simple things. The counter staff were extremely irresponsible. After they were done with one client, they did not call another one. They went away for about half an hour, chatted with others and did something else. I observed all the staff did the same. The lady served us at counter 6 was not professional. She asked my home address even it shows in my driver’s license. When I complained and suggested to improve the service there, she did not feel any guilty, just gave me a paper to provide feedback online. If I could, I would give this place a 0 point.

One person working? With passports and such being so far behind, you would think they would have more people behind the counter. Especially when there is a line going out the door, the wait time is over an hour, and it’s freezing outside. Well done guys.

Sitting here 5 hours no appointment yes. But have tried for 3 months to make one, always full. I count 9 offices but only 3 have people in them. In 5 hours I’ve counted 34 groups go through. That’s 1 group per hour. If they had people in all the offices and they were just as “ skilled” that’s 3 times the work done. This is the third time in lately always the same.
