I was in the Garden Center today when a friendly little old lady approached me. Turns out she works there. She wasn't going to quit until I found everything I needed. She is very knowledgeable and saved me a good half hour running around!

Delivery guys stated someone texted them from our number and was rude? We were waiting all day for a delivery and now they refuse to deliver despite us not texting anything at all? Now I'm without a fridge for another week and can't believe the terrible level of service from your company.I have to add I spoke with a customer service representative named Teresa and she was extremely rude, and was upset with me for getting on the phone when it was handed to me by my flustered girlfriend. A significant amount of customer service training is needed with her.I spoke to another representative named Nasine and she was exceptional, had not only the soft skills to de-escalate but was able to actually help me. I will update my review when my fridge actually gets delivered.

Made a lawnmower purchase on the weekend. The people who helped me get the lawnmower from the rack and helped me load it up onto my trailer were awesome. Dave, my grass grew 6 inches while I waited.... had to cut it twice. Hahahaha. Kat, an absolute delight, and some of the best flag work I have ever seen. Kerri, thanks for your help it was a blast. Great people to work with and I would not hesitate to ask any of them for help again.Keep up the good work guys!!

I left feeling disrespected and like I wasted a lot of my time. I went to Home Depot to purchase a bi fold door for my closet. I'm in no way handy but I knew the size of the opening and was looking for somebody to help me pick out the right door.For the life of me I could not find a single employee on the floor. I was half way down towards the other end of the store before I was able to ask a woman to find somebody to help me. She instructed me to go back to doors and that she had called somebody to assist me. 15 minutes later nobody arrived. I then went back to the front of the store and asked another employee for assistance. He said he would help me but had to cut wood for another customer first. Not a big deal, so I told him I'd be waiting at doors for him. 20 more minutes go by.At that point I've had enough. I left the store and on the way out I saw that staff member who promised to help me chumming with other employees in the front of the store. So much for cutting lumber and then coming to help me.Needless to say I went to Lowe's just around the corner where I was helped within 2 minutes of going into the store. I will do everything in my power to avoid this store from now on. I might not be a professional and maybe some would consider my questions stupid but I want to make 100% sure of what I am buying before spending 150-200 dollars on a door.So to people like me who might not be the most fluent in DIY or home improvement, avoid this store because nobody there will give you the time of day.

It's like every other home depot but just a little bit worse in every way. Without fail, I have never once been able to get every item on my list when I come here. Between stocking issues and product selection they never have everything to complete an entire job. Plumbing, electrical, hvac, hardware and lumber, are always either out of stock for a few items or outright don't carry a bunch of standard use/size items. Whoever is in charge of merchandising and product selection for this location doesn't know what they're doing. It has modestly improved over the last couple years but every good change is accompanied by an equally worse change. And dont even get me started on the automated only check-out system they're using right now. This store is the model of failed implementations. I will still begrudgingly give it 3 stars because like the sheep we are I still keep going out of convenience....

Like most chain hardware stores, they lie on their website to say they have it in stock. When you get there, big surprise, it's not in stock. But they got you in the store, didn't they?Why do you want to respond privately? What are you hiding? We all know it's a marketing practice that is common in the industry. Just explain to me here how your stores' computers can't keep up but somehow the rest of the world can. Explain to me how it's not your fault and your store is just a victim.

I stopped into Home Depot to get information to replace my bathtubI had a few questions as I need a wider tub.Joseph checked all the models on display and the width of them were all the same...I said there must be wider ones and suggested we look on the computer together...I am a senior and haven't done this before. He went through all of the onesthat I could order on line and found one that looked like it would fit what I need. I asked him to write down the information for me he said he could do better to my surprise he printed it off picture and all!I have to say he was friendly, courteous, patient .These days that seems rare to me.So a big thank you and Kudos to Joseph !!!I think he deserves recognition for his excellent service

Came to this location instead of my usual location in Burlington. Usually the staff assists customerswith heavy items but not at this location! I asked for help twice to help carry out cement bags and was left to fend for myself after waiting for so long. As I was paying for the stuff, there were employees just standing around not doing anything. Anyways, if you're looking for assistance with anything and you value your time, don't come here.

I had a really positive experience at Home Depot recently. I was looking for a smart thermostat and, even though I initially couldn't find it, the staff was super helpful. They quickly pointed me in the right direction and I was able to find exactly what I needed without any hassle.What really made my visit stand out, though, was the checkout process. It was super quick, which I appreciated, but the cashier was the real star. They were funny and personable, making the usual routine check-out into a pleasant conversation. It's not every day you come across someone who can make you laugh while you're just running errands.All in all, Home Depot gave me a fast and friendly shopping experience. I found what I needed quickly, the staff was helpful, and the cashier added a nice touch of humor to my day. Definitely a solid five stars from me.
