We have used Empower Home Comfort for all of our house mechanicals. We purchased from them a Carrier furnace and Bosch tankless water heater (2020). Most recently, we purchased a matching Carrier heat pump to replace our aged AC unit (2023). Amir and his team (including Ali and Shahroz) are highly knowledgeable and professional. They also have an in-house auditor take care of rebates for us both times. We are satisfied with the product and net pricing and would highly recommend Empower Home Comfort.

We recently had Empower install a new furnace and heat pump system for AC/heat. Joe Georges, the sales lead, was very responsive and provided a good explanation for the benefits of using the heat pump system, including the rebate process. The installation team, Farzad and his assistant, were very professional. Farzad went the extra mile to explain what they were doing and why, along with helping me use the App for controlling the thermostat and setting up the sensors. It was a big job and they stayed late the first day and then finished the job by around 2pm the next day. Overall, I was very impressed with how Empower handled the process and installation from beginning to end.

Amazing professional service by this young man and company. First thing he noticed was that the exhaust pipe installed a couple of years ago was now not up to code and made the adjustments. Covers for shoes and explained everything to me step by step. I would highly recommend their services.

Joe replied to a sales request I made on a Sunday and explained the advantages of a tankless water heating system. He inspires trust and as a former technician is quite well versed in HVAC. He offered a great system at a great price and scheduled it for installation the next morning.The installation crew arrived as scheduled and was professional, fast and knowledgeable. Recently had our old Baxi combi-boiler replaced with a new Bosch combi-boiler along with an install of a new smart thermostat.Excellent service from start to finish. Sales person (Tommy) conducted an onsite visit and provided a very competitive quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable.A couple of days later Behad and Amir completed the install. Both arrived on-time and completed the job the same day as we didn’t have any heat. Really appreciated their fast, professional service. They also removed the old boiler and did a thorough cleanup. They also installed our smart thermostat and took the time to ensure the entire system was working smoothly before they left.
