My company has worked with Sert security for a bit now and they have never let us down ! Fast response, Fair pricing and a very good team. All the guards we have contracted to help us have always been on time and professional.

Our condo found itself in need of urgent security coverage as a result of some building vandalism to our security cameras as swell as trouble tenant. We did the usual to call around and get quotes. We had a competitor company on site for about 30 min and let them go as they were not up to the task, nor had appropriate safety procedures in place. We immediately contacted SERT. While they were a few $ more an hour YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - its money well spent!! Our board would recommend SERT over any other. They had someone onsite within 1 hr of calling. Professional guards both in appearance and knowledge and very responsive. We were new at this aswell so they offer a lot of sound advice regarding our trouble tenant and how they could support. While this immediate need has ended, our board is retaining them again to provide additional security while we have some contractors on site. No job too big or small... your search should stop here. When looking for appropriate security support for our care centers we looked at several options. The team at SERT quickly rose above their competitors in the bidding process by coming on-site to review our needs, having great questions in the bidding process, and committing to the needs of our organization. We felt, right from the beginning, that they were dedicated to being part of the team, not just providing services.We were very impressed with their professionalism and their detailed shift reports. The staff appeared to be trained as evidenced by the things they noticed on their walk-abouts.Our staff felt supported by SERT, and were happy to have them as part of our team.
