Kyla is exceptional, I have seen her for a separated shoulder and very recently for a torn hamstring. Both times I have come out of the injuries stronger. I’ve learned so much from her about training, stretching and strengthening my body for the sports and activities I love. I would recommend Long Lake Physio to anyone anytime!!

Not impressed with Kyla. Had recent double hernia surgery. Went to 2 appointments. My injury was compared 3 times to me, and her staff to an NHL player that supposedly had the same thing done, and was back on the ice after 4 weeks.First off. I am not an NHL player that is 20 -30 years old, I am almost 60 and got injured at work. I want to be treated as an individual, with my needs. No 2 people are the same and everyone is different in there situation with injuries.Yesterday, Kyla decides to push hard on my inaugural left hernia without asking me, after only 2 weeks from major surgery, 4 times,causing me severe pain. All i got was oh sorry

Kyla helped me avoid surgery after a severe shoulder dislocation and have now returned to swimming and surfing. Highly professional and friendly staff would definitely recommend

Kyla is an incredibly competent physiotherapist with years of experience. She listened intently as I described my pain and prescribed a regime that helped me manage it. She has a beautiful and gentle way of pushing you to do your best knowing that results only happen with persistence and good technique. I would recommend Kyla to anyone with a new or old injury.

I broke my leg in August while working in forestry. My physiotherapist Danielle has helped me regain mobility and strengthen my leg. She is a very kind and courteous person who is a pleasure to work with.Overall, the entire team at Long lake physio is very friendly and welcoming. I will most definitely revisit them for any future physiotherapy needs.

Jenna Long Lake Physio was both gentle and encouraging at just the right moments of treatment.Leslie runs the front desk like a Queen and takes the pressure off by having the answers to questions for us newbies, and even helping stay on top of Work Safe claims.If you're hurt and stressed out, Long Lake Physio is a great choice.Virtual hugs.

Our son had serious shoulder injury. Kyla and her team are awesome. Detailed, explains movements. Not only injury recovery treatment but preventative. On top of that very friendly and engaging. Cant say enough!!
