Ordered carpet for our basement. Had great service from their sales expert Andrew M, he is friendly, very knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond for his customers. Very pleased. The installer Erasmo was prompt, polite and did an excellent job installing the carpet. Would recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Carpet One in Red Deer. Diana - thank you for all the work you did to make sure my floors looked great as well as my shower. You spent many hours making sure I had made the right choices and I appreciate that very much. Curtis - thanks for making sure my installations got done...appreciate you updating me about dates. To Brady and Christian - you are amazing floor layers! Very pleasant, professional and knowledgable. To Calvin - my shower is simply fantastic. You completed it very quickly while ensuring that everything was done in a professional manner. I am hoping you will come back when I do the backsplash in my kitchen! All in all, thanks to the Team at Carpet One for making my reno experience enjoyable.

We recently replaced carpet in our family room and stairs. Pat was our friendly, knowledgeable and helpful design/product consultant. Bob was our installer and he was prompt, hard-working and efficient. We are very happy with both of these fine people and recommend them heartily.

Had a really nice guy named Steven come do the lino for my livingroom/kitchen and he was so nice and friendly and did an amazing job. Its a white/grey wood style mix and the patterning was laid down very well. I have a strong eye for colour and design and there isn't a single spot where there was too much dark grey. Very happy!!! Treat that guy well! He deserves it :D (we are doing our own baseboards)

Carpet One went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my salon flooring.After a nasty flood, we had Carpet One come in to discuss new flooring and was offered epoxy floors to better suite my salon needs. They were very professional, informative and time effective!Carpet One followed up with any questions and concerns I had and took extra steps to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the end result.I would absolutely hire Carpet One for any future flooring projects again!

Just wanted to say we are very grateful for the excellent service we received from Carpet One. With all the rain in June 2022, we unfortunately had our basement flooded. We contacted Carpet One and dealt with Andrew MacKay. Andrew liaised with our restoration company, came to our home within a couple days, reviewed our situation, took measurements and made sketches of our basement before making an appt. for us to view some flooring samples. Andrew immediately ordered our flooring so it would be delivered and stored at Carpet One's warehouse ready for installation when the restoration was at that stage. When the restoration company advised they were ready for the flooring, the installer, Brady got in touch with us right away and did a very good job installing the carpeting and linoleum. Thank you!

The staff at Carpet One are the reason you should get your floors through them. Kristine will make sure that your house matches the floors before they are in. Curtis will make sure they work around your families schedule and will make sure you have the info you need to make sure your floors stay pristine for a long time. Andrew keeps all of the people that work there Happy, which shows in how they treat you. He will explain things thoroughly so you can feel great about your new floors and the work that was done. They hire contractors that are very friendly and will help you with the little things like putting felt pads on the bottom of your furniture for you.Definitely worth getting your floors through Carpet One Red Deer.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Red Deer Carpet One. I received such good advice from designer, Karla Shakotko as I needed to choose new flooring for my kitchen floor that wouldn't compete with my adjoining vinyl plank. I love my new flooring. It checked all my boxes as it is easy to clean and bright and light. Jeremy the installer was extremely conscientious, and went above and beyond to minimize the interruption, and dust mess in spite of unexpected issues that came up. I would highly recommend Carpet One for designing and installing.

I'm only leaving one star because I can't leave 0. After one year, my carpet was lifting, it's rippled and isn't even attached to the prickle board at the entrance to the bathroom. When I called they said they can't fix it unless I pay for a repair, and remove all the furniture from the house where there is carpet, which is impossible. I like the carpet, but the installation work was terrible. Also, tile backsplash which they also installed is crooked, and only left me ONE tile for any repairs. I also have a friend whose vinyl plank is chipping off and leaving gaps, and they wont do anything for her either. Unless she pays for the repairs. They are very willing to help - IF YOU PAY. I have warranty on the carpet, but not on the installation... so no help. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
