5 Stars for Dr. Mikhail, he has been my family doctor for years and he is great. However, the administration is extremely rude and unprofessional. For years, she answers the phone without a proper greeting, hangs up suddenly, has an awful attitude, and argues. Also, it takes me up to a week to even get a call back when she doesn’t pick up the first time.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Waste of 1 hour and 40 minutes!! When I came in, I asked the receptionist if I could make an appointment so I don't need to wait all that long hours! But the receptionist refused to do that and insisted that I'll be the walkin today. There were only four people ahead of me and as more people came in, they kept calling everyone to be seen BUT ME! I was the only one there sitting for over and hour and forty minutes!! I never imagined that it would take an hour and forty minutes at a walk in to be seen by a doctor with only four people in line! I was already started to be running late for work and Dr. Mikhail finally came in to see me. I let him know that I am already running late for work and been waiting for an hour and forty minutes, I explain how terrible I been feeling and he REFUSED to help me!!! WOW!!! It was a very VERY simple request and I was SHOCKED that a doctor would reject such a simple little request!! by far THE WORST walk in clinic experience I ever EVER HAD!!!! How in the world they get such high rating?!?!?!

Dr Mikhail is a very very nice and caring doctor. He listens to patients and understands your pain and take care of you carefully with heart. He is very efficient in viewing your medical history and very quick to give proper prescription. A lot of more patients are coming to see him and this makes the waiting time longer than before. It is good to call them to book appointment before you go. Dr Mikhail and his staff are very excellent and trustworthy!

An excellent doctor & a great human being. I have always felt at home at his office. He moved from Whitby to Markham & I opted to stay with him. I wish I had the words to explain my experience with him.

Don’t waste your time, they are not taking walk in until further notice.. to prevent walk ins, they fenced up inside… funny and ridiculous all at the same time

According to my spouse- a very attentive and professional primary care physician. However, the administrative staff at the clinic is impossible to reach for a week now with 3 attempts of leaving a message at this office. The answering machine keeps populating automatic messages, there is no actual way to speak with a administrative assistant? While being a patient of this practice after several attempts to book an appointment, unsuccessfully which impacts the health and well-being of the patient, most importantly delays a potential diagnosis I have a following question to the staff : Do we turn to a walk in clinic instead since we are not able to connect with you and have us booked for a follow up with Dr. Mikhail ?

No words can describe our experience with Dr Mikhail. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and respectful doctor we have ever met! He simply respects his patients by always showing up on time and taking the time to carefully go over everything. His professional and caring manner definitely make our whole family feeling less anxious about our visit. Big thank you goes to Dr Mikhail and his team!

Dr. Mikhail is one of the most caring, patient, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met . he never rushes you, always listens and takes the time to address all your problems . his staff are great and the pharmacy is right next door and she is just wonderful! I am so glad I found them .

Amazing doctor and staff. Even when busy, shows sympathy and caring, both Doc and staff. Dr Mikhail takes time to explain symptoms and treatment. Always leaves with a smile and a take care
